The Résidence des Balcons des Pêcheurs is located on the edge of the Courant de Mimizan and 200 meters from Garluche Beach. Once you're settled in, you don't need the car; everything is within walking distance: the beach, pedestrian streets, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. In addition, you can take advantage of the Résidence's swimming pool, which you can see from the accommodation's terrace.
