Great stay as a family We recommend

We loved this quiet and very private property. It was the perfect location - 5 minute walk to Horizon beach, 10 minutes to a well-stocked Auchon grocery store, 10-15 minutes to the daily marché and loads of restaurants and shops. Marie was a responsive, friendly and responsible host. Several light bulbs died while we were there- in a bathroom and two bedrooms- which was a bit odd but not overly problematic, and they were out to replace them within minutes. One thing that didn’t quite fit the description was that it’s not what I consider central air conditioning. There are two large wall units in the living and kitchen area, and 1 in the upstairs bedroom that cool down those spaces incredibly well. The 4 downstairs bedrooms do not have units and it got warm back there on the hottest nights. We slept with doors open to get what we could out of the AC which wasn’t ideal. It’s not a deal breaker for us, but could be improved with fans. Still, overall, an excellent stay!

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

alexandre's house is superb, tastefully made. Perfectly matches the description and our expectations. The accommodation is clean and in a very good location. you all have a great stay. i recommend it without a problem.

We had a great time in the beautiful Aiguillon district, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very nice, functional and well equipped rental. A quiet exterior allows you to soak up the sun under the garden trees. Property to keep for our next stay in Arcachon.

The place looks better in reality than we expected from the photos. The house is equipped with everything you need. But the best thing was our hostess, who is very warm and friendly. We arrived an hour earlier than announced and the house cleaning was still in progress. Nevertheless, we were immediately admitted and offered a beer as a welcome. Should we be near Biscarrosse again, we will book this place again.

This is a great property, ideal for a couple of families with 4 double bedrooms with good beds. Big TV, internet ok, nice kitchen with big fridge/ice maker. It's modern and clean, and the pool, while not enormous, is nice. It has full aircon which was critical in the recent +35 degrees C heatwave. Walking distance to shops/the port with the seafood shacks, and the local beach. Also close to waterpark and other kids activities. Close enough to all the local activities and destinations. Not cheap, but worked well for us. Had to check out at 9.30am on the last day though which was a bit early! Gated parking only has space for 1 car, but you can park additional cars on the adjacent street.

We spent 5 warm days at this home in Biscarosse. Rosemary and her husband, Didier, are very welcoming and attentive depending on our needs. They are the strength of proposal for various activities (Nordic walking, cycling, surfing,etc...) He likes to share their affection for "Bisca" and it is very appreciated for people who do not know the places or the culture of this region. The photos available are very representative of the property. This one is remarkably clean. The water in the hot tub was changed before we arrived, which again ensures a guarantee of quality in terms of cleanliness. For a few days we were conquered and we highly recommend Rosemary and Didier's accommodations for couples or families looking for peace and quiet in Biscarrosse.

Very nice hosting by Ingrid (thank you for the delicious specialty). We appreciated the flexibility on times. Ingrid gave us all the explanations for the accommodation and surrounding activities. The home located in a quiet area was impeccable, comfortable and matches the photos. The patio is very nice and the board games available allow you to have fun when it rains. And the perfectly enclosed grounds were a real plus for our 2 dogs.

Listing as described. Nice house in a quiet and peaceful location. There is everything you need inside and even a lot of bonuses: books, games for children, my son was super happy. Unfortunately, we couldn't test the bikes due to bad weather but several bikes are available. Functional accommodation, superb master suite. We had a great time at Katherine's place. The house matches the description perfectly and is perfectly equipped, you will find everything you need there for sure. Very well renovated, it is impeccably clean. And the bakery right next door is great! It's a very nice little extra for good breakfasts. The only regret we have is not being able to stay longer, but we will be happy to come back! Thank you Katherine for hosting us!

Small house, well-equipped, situated in a quiet area. The Jacuzzi is really great after a day of walking. We were warmly welcomed by Claudia, who spoiled us with breakfast on the day of our departure.
