Marie is easygoing; she was kind enough to let us check in at her place early. The place was a nice space for us to unwind after being busy exploring the city. The street could be very quiet and dark at night, but I felt safe with someone in my company.

I traveled with my "big" autistic boy to Paris. We lived in this very charming, clean, functional, safe and welcoming apartment all this time. There are few things to do in the neighborhood, but Paris is easy to access by RER B and D. We were lucky to meet Morgan on the street. He seems very friendly.

Great apartment - so comfortable, modern and lovely. We had a great time and always looked forward to getting back indoors after sight-seeing. Adrien is a great host - attentive, responsive, friendly and flexible. The bakery close to the apartment is brilliant - great value, selection and also halal. The area itself is modest and not as developed but the proximity to line 12 meant we were never too far from the main attractions in Paris. Would recommend.

Amazing apartment , very cozy , warm , equipped with everything you need ! The apartment was very quiet and comfortable to be. Everything in the kitchen is very convenient and there is a lot of space for cooking ! The view from the windows was nice, the bed and pillows were new clean and comfortable. The host is just an amazing kindest soul , helped with everything you need, was always in touch , helped with questions in a timely manner as the stay arises. I will remember this period as a very good pleasant time in Oberville. By the way , despite the skepticism of my friends, this is a very good town with shops and bakeries open at night (you will not stay hungry , like in my native 16th district of ahaha)I got to the center very quickly thanks to my two choice of metro lines. The most important plus is that I did not hear and see the neighbors and I am , everyone lives here quietly and amicably , I have been helped with suitcases more than once when I left for trips. On and of course the host! Thank you for this warm welcome, such a real care
