Pleasant week-long stay. Quiet accommodation to also spend time in. Very good location, public transport and nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Valerio was very responsive and available when I had questions. I would this property.

Perfect stay all round. Lucille was very responsive and answered any questions very quickly and check in/out was seamless The apartment itself was lovely and very quiet at night. All the amenities that were listed were available and the decor was superb! There is a metro stop about a 5 minute walk away which was so useful and to get to and from the airport it was about €15-20 Uber which split between two people is cheaper than the RER B. Overall a great stay. Fantastic home on the outskirts of the city but then so easy to get into the main centre. Next time we come back to Paris we will definitely try and stay here again 😄 Thank you Lucille 😊

Super cute place! Very well-decorated and well-stocked with essentials, water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and place felt very homey.

Amazing apartment , very cozy , warm , equipped with everything you need ! The apartment was very quiet and comfortable to be. Everything in the kitchen is very convenient and there is a lot of space for cooking ! The view from the windows was nice, the bed and pillows were new clean and comfortable. The host is just an amazing kindest soul , helped with everything you need, was always in touch , helped with questions in a timely manner as the stay arises. I will remember this period as a very good pleasant time in Oberville. By the way , despite the skepticism of my friends, this is a very good town with shops and bakeries open at night (you will not stay hungry , like in my native 16th district of ahaha)I got to the center very quickly thanks to my two choice of metro lines. The most important plus is that I did not hear and see the neighbors and I am , everyone lives here quietly and amicably , I have been helped with suitcases more than once when I left for trips. On and of course the host! Thank you for this warm welcome, such a real care

Very nice, cozy apartment 30 min from the center of Paris. Within a 5-minute walk from the metro station. Apartment is super equipped, super thoughtful, has oven, kettle, coffee maker and a super comfy bed. We were able to sleep superbly (also thanks to the blackout)! The area is quiet and has many small shops, restaurants and bakeries. The hosts give great instructions and help, are totally sweet. A great contact. We felt very comfortable and would come back there immediately for the next Paris trip. Clear recommendation, great value. Thanks for everything 🫶

Seemingly too well located and spacious

Absolutely wonderful stay. Nataliya was very responsive and resolved a problem with the curtains promptly. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the flat is clean and well appointed. The neighbourhood is a local rather than tourist spot but that was fine, we did not feel unsafe. Right by a metro and easy access to the city centre. Would definitely recommend

Jade is a very friendly host, very kind, available and whose quality of hosting deserves to be highlighted. The accommodation is located 10 min walk from the Stade de France, the parking space adjacent to the studio is a real plus. The studio matches the photos perfectly, it is clean, functional and tastefully decorated. I would recommend it.

Accommodation that perfectly met our expectations, we had a pleasant stay. Hassan is flexible on check-in and checkout times. What a positive I recommend.

We had beautiful days in Paris. We were in the apartment a little, so the size was no problem. It was the perfect size for 2 persons. Everything was very clean and everything smelled very clean. The key handover was also very friendly! The parking is in an underground garage, which is very narrow. We had a big car, but with a small car it shouldn't be a problem to park there. All in all, I highly recommend it!

The apartment is new and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook and rest. We choose to stay there because the location on RER B line that also connects to the airport. The station is about 15-20mins walk which is not a lot but adds to your journey. There isn’t much to do in the area so you will probably have to commute to the city. It didn’t bother us but it can be noisy in the evening if you open the window because the balcony faces the train tracks. Overall, we were happy, it’s a good value and close to Paris. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

It is a beautiful place to stay!

We had an awesome stay at Ouahid’s place. He is a great host and very responsive. He helped a lot in getting answers for a lot of our queries on local transport and other info we seeked from him. Great property, clean and peaceful neighbourhood with accessible local transport I.e tram1 station and M7 metro line. Few supermarts and cash and carry were also close by. We highly recommend the property to all future travellers

Samuel is a super host. His apartment is very beautiful, very tidy, and extremely well equipped. He offers additional amenities beyond those listed on Airbnb. He was also very kind and helped us with clear directions regarding some questions we had. The apartment, although located on the outskirts of Paris, is very close to the metro station and it’s very easy to get to Paris by metro.

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Benjamin is a thoughtful and attentive host. The accommodation is a real little cocoon, decorated with care and quality materials: you immediately feel very good there! The jacuzzi, sauna, terrace and good bedding are perfect for a nice evening :-)

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place.
