Townhome vacation rentals in Aubervilliers

This is a beautiful house that we really enjoyed spending time in! It has a lovely, homely feel and the hosts were very helpful and welcoming. We would love to return one day and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday in a cosy family home. It’s very close to the train station, and near to a great bakery and a large supermarket with everything you might need. The car is delightful too!

Marina and her co-host Aman were communicative, friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions. The place was perfect for us (a traveling couple) with a 13 year old son, as it had two bedrooms. I think 4 would be a squeeze though the upstairs living room was probably the best part of the flat - with the gorgeous skylight - and had a sofa bed. There were two toilets/sinks, which was great. Excellent neighborhood, well connected. Would happily stay again.

Very good hospitality by Vanessa. The location is ideal for visiting Versailles on foot. The house is quiet and the small shaded terrace area allows you to eat outside.

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

The stay at Catherine and Philippe's went very well. The location is ideal for visiting Paris and the peaceful environment. There are all the amenities within walking distance (shops, market, metro...), and the necessary for housing (bed linen, towels, cleaning products, condiments...). A place to remember!

What a delight to stay at this apartment in the 7Arr. We felt like we were living like true Parisiennes! Just far away from the crowds but close enough to be able to easily walk to attractions. Plus there are 2 great metro stations within 7min walking distance. Terrific boulangerie a couple doors down. The apartment itself is inviting and perfectly cool for hot summer days. And being able to make a meal rather than always eat in restaurants is such a pleasure. We were so happy staying in Denis and Aingret’s apartment. Merci beaucoup!!

Karine’s place was so unique, charming, eclectic and homey. Karine was very communicative and informative and kind to let us check in early. While the rental is away from the usual touristy spots, we enjoyed the quieter neighborhood with less crowds, great restaurants and short walking distance to the metro. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The place was very nice, perfect for us 7 people. Kika was also there every minute to answer our questions. We even had the car parked because we had a minibus. Location was perfect. Quiet location, very clean and modernly furnished and the rooms large enough for everyone.

Absolutely stunning home, it was beautiful and we wish we had stayed longer! the children absolutely loved the space and the layout was brilliant for families. Damien was so helpful with amazing communication throughout, ill be recommending to all of our friends who are coming over for Disney trips!! Thanks Damien :-)

Valère’s place is perfectly located in a vibrant neighbourhood of Paris, but also completely serene once you’re inside the courtyard. We enjoyed sipping drinks on the terrace, cooking dinner in the kitchen and in the evenings we cosied up on the couch. One of our favorite things about the apartment was watching films (cinema style) with the projector in the living room! The place is also beautifully decorated, which makes you feel like you’re the star of your own movie. We would recommend staying here if you’re a family with smaller children, as the two single beds are a bit small for young adults. We had a wonderful time and would definitely revisit! Good host, responsive, sincere and warm.The house is big, we have a group of 8 people, basically all have their own private room and bathroom, good comfort and good value for money.

Samir was kind enough to let us check in early when there were no guests before us. He was very responsive even at night when we had some inquiries. Samir’s place is also near the bus stop and a walkable to the other station. He was also considerate and did not charge us when we had a sudden extra guest for 1 night of our stay. Overall we had a great stay at Samir’s place!

My husband and I did not want to live directly in the hustle and bustle of Paris, so Isabelle's accommodation was very convenient for us. A nice quiet area, just outside Paris. Beautifully quiet, well-maintained with views of the sweet garden. The accommodation is very stylish, new and practical. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Everything you need is there. We lacked nothing. Isabelle was very accommodating and friendly. We would choose this location again and again. Thank you very much to the hosts!

Phillipe's home was the perfect fit for our large group of 12. The spacious home allowed us our privacy and included areas to gather as a group and enjoy the peace and tranquility the home offered. Phillipe answered our pre-trip questions, was gracious to allow us an early check-in and made time to connect with us after our arrival. Having access to the laundry room was a plus. Overall, the home was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and amazing. When it came to dining out or grabbing a quick bite to eat, there was no shortage of great restaurants or bakeries in the area to choose from. The Metro was a short walk away making it convenient to see every Paris attraction. I highly recommend Phillipe's home and would stay again for a future trip.
