Monthly Rentals in Aubenas

Flawless accommodation and very conveniently located in the historic center of Aubenas. I had a great vacation there. Very good communication with Vincent. I highly recommend this place if you want to visit Ardèche.

Recently renovated apartment, comfortable and well-equipped with modern appliances (eg washer/drier, dishwasher, A/C, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer). We could easily cook meals there. A good size for two people. Very good view over the newer parts of Aubenas. Situated in the middle of the historic, pedestrianised part of the town. Supermarket 5 minutes drive away, weekly market 100 metres away, cafés and restaurants nearby. Good Wi-fi and hot water. Not possible to drive your car into the pedestrianised area. I was worried that we wouldn't find parking easily, but in fact we always found a spot in the free parking area 100 metres away. Access is via one single plus one double staircase, so persons of limited mobility might struggle. Rai was friendly and helpful.
