New villa, ideally located in Aubenas, a small town in the South Ardèche with all shops. Close access to the roads serving the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Ardèche mountains. Pool and spa open in the summer season depending on the weather (April to October). Off-season, the hot tub is accessible for a fee. Linens provided (except pool towels). Animals may be accepted under certain conditions. Access to Netflix. Any unlisted person will not be accepted.
