Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Atocha, Arganzuela

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Wonderful place to stay. Brand new, with all the details you might need for your stay. In the heart of Malasaña and yet it is an oasis of tranquility. Surrounded by supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants... next to the main street. Super easy check-in process and Paola has always been there to answer our questions. I recommend it 100%. I'll be back!

Jose Miguel has a very cute, clean, comfortable apartment in a neighborhood in transition. It's about a 8-minute walk north from the Puente de Vallecas Metro stop. We were very comfortable in his well-furnished, clean, easy to enter apartment. The instructions were clear, and communicating with him was easy. We joked that we wished we could copy his apartment and paste it into every place that we visit! In terms of comfort, layout, and space, it was one of the top 3 places we've stayed. That said, we didn't cook there, so can't speak to the quality and ease of cooking, but everything else was a gem!

Everything was perfect, the apartment was very nice, clean and with clear instructions. The only thing, unless I'm mistaken (I didn't read it) is that it had stairs to access the apartment and I was traveling with a person who had difficulty going up and down. But other than that, I recommend it 100%. Accessible to the center both by public transport and by taxi. It's been a great experience.

Every day we came back to Raul’s place and said: this is the best location! Walkable to everything you need. Large spacious airbnb. We’ve stayed in a lot of apartments and this is one of the most beautifully decorated and comfortable. Air conditioning works great! Shower is hot and good pressure. We also did a load of laundry and it was great

I had a very pleasant stay at Bartolome’s place. He was a very responsive and kind host. The place is located close to a metro station and not far from the many things to do in Madrid. I would stay at this place again.

Great location. A lot of places to eat around. Would recommend going to Madrids Pupuseria that’s down the street. Good washing machine. Good water pressure. Host was very attentive! Great overall experience 👍🏼

I felt very comfortable at Eduardo's place, he is very polite and communication with him was easy. The room is spacious and also includes breakfast, which is always a good plus. Recommended

Igor's apartment is exceptional! Matches the photos, extremely well-equipped and comfortable! Its location in the heart of the central districts is a plus while being very quiet! The terrace is very nice, the bedding impeccable, no complaints! One of the best homes since we started our adventures on Airbnb!

I had a wonderful stay at Felipe’s place. The location was perfect, close to the center yet surprisingly peaceful. The apartment itself is lovely, with a beautiful garden in the back that made it feel like a hidden retreat. Also, Felipe has filled the space with unique and inspiring pieces, it added such a special touch to the experience! I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, creative, and relaxing stay.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. It’s really conveniently located in the centre of the city and is beautifully furnished. We had a bit of trouble entering on check in but the host was extremely responsive and helped immediately.

The apartment is located in an excellent area. It's a well-connected neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation, shops and restaurants. In addition, it is a safe and quiet area to rest after a day of walking and visiting the center. The apartment is cozy and well laid out. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with functional furniture and pleasant decoration. If you're traveling alone or as a couple, the space is more than enough. If it's for more people, it depends on the layout, but overall it's comfortable. Cleaning the apartment is correct. From the moment of arrival, it is noticeable that it is well maintained, with clean sheets and towels, tidy kitchen and bathroom in perfect condition. Susana's service is excellent and she tries to help you with whatever you may need, such as information, etc. Another very special detail was having a metro card to be able to move around the city during the stay.

A lovely stay in Madrid. The Puente de Vallecas station is a few minutes' walk away, and there are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We stayed here looking for a place just to sleep, and it was too comfortable and complete. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, central, quiet, noise-free and very comfortable place. :)

This is the best place to stay. Accessibility, price, cleanliness, etc. are perfect. I want Koreans to stay here. The structure of the accommodation itself is very similar to that of a Korean officetel.

Great apt and centrally located near Malasaña. Despite being on a big street it was very quiet at night. We had a great stay.

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives it a great tranquility and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outdoor view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and would love to go back. I have no complaints, quite the opposite!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Paola's ground floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and modern, with a very comfy bed.Air con and washing machine came in very handy. Easy walk to supermarkets, transport links and city highlights. Definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay :)

The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in both rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Suitable for long-term stays for a couple.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
