Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Atocha, Arganzuela

Andre's place was about a 20 minute walk to most of the popular places to see and if needed, the bus and Metro were just up the street a few blocks. It is in the heart of the Sunday El Rastro Market. There is a grocery just around the corner and, as everywhere in Spain, restaurants galore along the way. We were given thorough instructions at check-in including the washing machine, which was an easy one to use. There was plenty of space of all six of us.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and we felt comfortable right away. Especially the well-equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare a delicious breakfast every morning. Everything was very clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A big plus was the washing machine with dryer, which we could share with other tenants – practical and uncomplicated. The bed was a bit small for two people, but it was enough for our 10 days in Madrid. The location of the apartment is ideal – central, with lots of restaurants, shops and places of interest nearby. The landlord Max was incredibly friendly and helpful. He explained everything in detail at check-in and later gave us more valuable tips for the area by message. Overall, a clear recommendation for a stay in Madrid!

The apartment offered by Gema perfectly matches the listing description and photos, bedding, amenities, furniture, appliances and kitchen accessories, everything was in perfect condition and functional. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from bus station 77 and 167 to reach Canillejas and Ciudad Lineal in 15 minutes (metro line 5). Plenilunio Mall is a 15-minute walk away. Otherwise, by car, a parking space is available in the basement just at the entrance and direct access to the apartment. The exchange with Gema was clear, precise and very courteous. As a Host myself, I know how to recognize the efforts made to maintain your unit and satisfy your customers, Gema has succeeded in these two conditions. I recommend it 💯 for 💯 and I would not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arose.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the metro and supermarket while maintaining a quiet, neighborhood feel. Lots of great cafes and shops everywhere.

The space was absolutely stunning! Modern, spacious and full of thoughtful amenities, exactly as pictured in the listing. The hosts are amazingly responsive and so helpful. From the balcony/terrace, to the full washer and dryer, our stay was homey and very comfortable. The hosts even left us a water carafe in the refrigerator. Would absolutely stay here again and again! My only gripe would be that the building lacks an elevator, but once you’re inside the apartment, you don’t even remember. Just don’t forget anything downstairs lol Thank you to our gracious hosts!

Excellent location very close to the metro and with supermarket in front. Evelyn was very helpful and pleasant at all times. Recommended 100%, the airbnb was for my parents and they were happy to return to Madrid they will repeat stay.

Carmen's apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The spaces are just right and clean. Carmen was always available and responsive to some small difficulties we had. The apartment is close to a Metro stop thanks to which all areas of Madrid were easily accessible.

Nice place, nice neighbourhood, easy to reach the center, welcoming folks, a nice restaurant nearby, park for kids. Very enjoyable stay !

The apartment is perfectly located - on the one hand in the bustling nightlife and shopping district, on the other hand incredibly quiet, as it is located in the courtyard. The very stylish and personal furnishings of the apartment as well as an ideal layout really make this apartment an oasis in the middle of Madrid and a place where you feel welcome. Apartment exactly like the pictures. Excellent location, right in the center and you can do everything on foot, including supermarket and restaurants. Kitchen complete with everything you may need, in addition to having a washing machine. Good communication with the host.

Awesome centrally located apartment for our family's first visit to Madrid. Seriously, the location could not be better! Very comfortable layout with cool balcony view of Calle Mayor. Apartment is very clean, modern, and nicely appointed. Bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect for our family of 5, as no one felt cramped and there was plenty of room to lounge around and relax during down times. The host was great with communication leading up to our stay (helped arrange a luggage locker near the apartment since we arrived very early) and even let us check in a little early to rest our jet-lagged bodies. Really appreciated his thorough orientation and local recommendations for food and entertainment. While the access to the apartment and 3 barriers of entry (outside lobby door then 2 additional doors to the apartment) were initially cumbersome, I came to appreciate it by the end of our stay - made us feel very safe and secure in a large, bustling city. Great apartment! Highly recommend!

Igor's place was the perfect place for our small family. We spent the week in Spain with Madrid as our base. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. There is a coffee shop just down the road and a supermarket around the corner. The apartment is well-located in the Las Letras neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here. When we return to Madrid, we will surely look to stay at Igor's place again.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. There’s no real doors for the bedrooms but there’s still privacy so it wasn’t a problem. Very central with plaza mayor and el Mercado de San Miguel less than 5 minutes away. Would stay again

We spent a very pleasant week at Martin and Zoltan's because this accommodation is located in a quiet area but very close to the old town and its monuments. The apartment is clean and well-equipped.
