During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. The apartment is designed for you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Very spacious bathroom with separate bathtub area. It has free high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, heating, iron, hairdryer, and high-end bedding and bathroom as well as toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, Italian coffee maker and toaster as well as with the kitchenware and kitchen essentials for four people. The apartment is a self contained unit. The entrance is self check-in using a code we provide 24 hours in advance. The apartment is ideal for two people but for short stays they can live up to four perfectly. If they need us to leave the sofa bed mounted and extra house clothes please indicate it when making the reservation. We also have a travel crib and high chair if requested in advance. Pets are allowed but must be specified in the reservation. Some of the amenities, such as board games, magazines, books, or sports material, are free but must be requested so as not to unnecessarily occupy space.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space.
