Apartment vacation rentals in Atocha, Arganzuela

Mohri is a very engaged and responsive host. Tatiana was most helpful in letting us in and showing us around the very clean and well equipped apartment. Small living room cum kitchen but adequate for our needs. Spacious bathroom with washing machine. Be careful with the shower head so water does not spill onto the floor. Centrally located! Near the La Latina metro, two grocery stores (Dia and Carrefour Express) and plenty of restaurants. It’s on a busy street but faces the back so no street noise. Plenty of taxis and Ubers. While it is three flights up, there is a small but convenient elevator/lift. Just a 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and another five minutes from there to Puerta del Sol. While in the area, stop at Chocolateria San Gines for chocolate and churros! Check Thyssen, Reina Sofia, and Prado museums for their free hours. For those over 65, Reina Sophia is free and Prado offers half price. Enjoy Madrid!

O apartamento era espetacular, exatamente como nas fotos. Localização incrível, numa zona super privilegiada, a apenas 2 minutos a pé da Gran Vía. Muito fácil de encontrar e com entrada simples e prática. Senti-me em casa — moderno, confortável e acolhedor. Tudo perfeito, tanto o espaço como o anfitrião. Recomendo a 100%!

The host, Beatriz provided lots of useful information prior to our stay and was very responsive when contacted. The place was spotlessly clean and the location handy for the metro and supermarkets. Once on the metro it was only 25 mins into central Madrid.

We really enjoyed the place was really clean and well organized the area is really good 10 minutes walk from the center there is only one air conditioner in the living room and the kitchen is fully equipped (: Really great place I liked it (:

혼자 여행하는 사람에게 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다. 특히 지하철 역과 아토차 역 프라도와 레이나 소피아 등이 가까운 것이 장점입니다. 또한 인근에 리들, 디아, 메르까도나 등 마트와 약국, 작은 식당, 빵집 등 필요한 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 다만 집은 매우 작고 집주인의 짐이 많아 두 사람 이상 묵는 것은 무리일 것 같습니다. 또한 생활감이 있는 숙소라 음식냄새나 화장실 냄새가 조금 날 수 있고 화장실 문을 완전히 닫기가 어려운 점도 예민한 분들에게는 단점이 될 수 있겠습니다. 그래도 가격을 고려하면 엘리베이터, 냉난방, 주방 집기 등 필요한 것은 잘 갖춰진 좋은 집입니다.

Isaac ha sido un anfitrión muy atento y servicial, que ofrece todo tipo de facilidades. Atocha, Lavapiés o la Latina están muy cerca, se puede ir paseando a los sitios más céntricos. Las mascotas son bienvenidas y, al estar a 5 minutos de Madrid Río, tanto mi perrito como yo disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. Estaba todo impecable, no hay ruidos por la noche y existen todo tipo de comodidades. Sin duda, pienso repetir en mi próxima visita a Madrid.

A very clean and convenient apartment, you can find anything you need for the stay . Luis was responsible almost instantaneously and made sure we had checked in safely. The location is also well connected to city center and Atocha train station. Highly recommended

Javier and Natalia’s place was as homey as it gets, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect. It’s close to all the restaurants we wanted to try and nearby all the sights we wanted to visit, so we barely had to use transit. Communication could be a bit more consistent, but it was okay overall. What we appreciate most is that they accommodated us with an early check-in. When we arrived, we met Carmina, who was so welcoming and gracious toward our kids! We’d definitely stay there again!

This is a lovely little apartment which is in a great location. it's walking distance to many sights like the Palace, Plaza Mayor and Sol and also just round the corner from a metro stop if you want to go by train.

great place. clean. quiet. well equipped. AC worked well. Near the metro. The Lavapies neighborhood is fine but we much prefer other neighborhoods in Madrid.

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato in appartamento una signora che faceva le pulizie in appartamento troppo carina e gentile. Ha pulito tutto l’appartamento da cima a fondo tutto profumava. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene con l’host, è stato chiaro in tutto ed era veramente molto attivo nel gestire il tutto. La consiglierei veramente a tutti! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Lovely stay! It was a perfect location for us. We wanted to be out the main strip but close enough to walk or metro. The place is described as cosy but it was perfect for 4 days as a couple. I was nervous about the ground floor review from someone else but it wasn't an issue at all as we didn't face the main road and the area was quiet. We could hear upstairs in the morning opening draws, so we were cautious not to be loud in the evening to disturb the neighbours. Would stay here again and pablo was really helpful in sharing where we can store bags after check out

Gloria’s apartment was great to stay in. It’s a lovely location with lots of great restaurants. Especially good if you like vintage shopping! Would definitely recommend. Also, communication was very quick. Thanks Gloria!

We had a comfortable stay at Isabel’s place. Location was spot on close to metro line and Atocha. There are many eateries and groceries around. Communication with the host was easy and would highly recommend this place!

Éramos 4 adultos y todos quedamos completamente satisfechos con el alojamiento y el trato de Julio Victor. No solo cuenta con todo lo necesario para un cómoda estancia, es además muy acogedor y se encuentra en un excelente punto con una estación de metro literalmente en la esquina. Bastante conveniente. Nos encantó la colección de libros sobre Madrid y España, pudimos aprender y aprovechar la visita gracias a ello. Por último quisiera destacar su atención como anfitrión. Posiblemente el mejor en mis años de AirBnB. Fue atento, amable, con respuesta prontas y hasta proactivo en ofrecernos almacenarnos las maletas en su hogar el día que nos íbamos. Recomendado. Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.

El apartamento está muy bien, muy moderno y muy íntimo, la única pega demasiado moderno… Duke excelente anfitrión.
