This tiny house/cabin features two lofts with queen-sized beds, a wood burning fireplace, dock with paddle boat on two acre pond, access to the Pike River and 20 acres of land for hiking and recreation. Cook in the kitchen or over the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna and cool off with a dip in the pond. Bring a fishing rod and catch dinner out of the pond or the river! No running water but indoor composting toilet and a rain barrel/sink.

Enjoy a great experience at this centrally-located place. It is close to Michigan tech and just a hike from the downtown area. it is an apartment that is part of a 10-unit building. There is a shared laundry area in the basement. We do not have adequate parking for trailers. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds in each. It has a fully equipped kitchen and has a spacious living space also. wifi and Hulu basic are available or you can easily login to your own Netflix account.

Nice, clean apartment just 5 minutes from Michigan Tech and a view of Portage Lake (lake access too!). One stall of garage parking available so you can go right from car to apartment without dealing with the snow. The driveway is plowed. Wifi, heat, keurig coffee selection included. Washer and dryer are in the spacious bathroom with a shower. Full kitchen and electric fireplace. Handicap accessible with stairlift from garage. Full sized bed with additional pullout couch.

2 story apartment - country feel, city convenience

Newly remodeled, two-story attached apartment with private entrance and ~1,000 sq ft of space. Sauna. Two Queen beds with top quality mattresses and bedding. Plenty of parking. Cap at 4 adults, but beds for kids available on request. Walking: 5 min to Tech Trails, 15 min to MTU/downtown. Internet TV only. Overall, it's very quiet, but we have two young children, and you will likely hear them between 7 am and 8 pm. Feel free to ask questions or make requests!

Come visit the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Copper Ridge is a large 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom house located right next to the Bill Nicholls Trail 3. The parking area is a large, pull-through style driveway with enough room to fit multiple trucks and trailers. House is located 4 miles from Houghton and 6 miles from MTU. Trail is located across the street (Allouez Street).
