Broadway at the Beach is just blocks away with all sorts of family friendly activities as well as great night life! Beautiful views of the golf course and close to a multitude of restaurants with fine dining or casual cuisine. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). Great beach house in a fantastic location! Debbie made all the arrangements for a very easy check-in, and the house had everything we needed for our stay (with use of the golf cart a huge plus!). The location was perfect, right in the middle of the community near the pools and other amenities, with that fantastic view over the lake from the back porch where we spent plenty of time relaxing. The whole family (kids, parent, grandparents) enjoyed the space and we hope to be back.

Lijun cottage was warm and welcoming. Home looked exactly like the photos and very clean. The instructions provided from the check in to the checkout information was very clear and helpful, no room left for confusion. How also was very prompt with responding to messages during my stay. Will definitely be booking this place again in the near future.

I was in town for Coastal’s parent’s weekend. This was a great location and my son thought it was huge. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the deck. Duane was very responsive to my questions and was able to let me into the condo early which was great after my drive from MD.

House was just as described and in a great campground area. Lots of activities for all ages. Nice view of the ocean and the golf cart rentals made getting around easy. We had room for multiple generations to be together or separate. A very few minor things that kept me from giving five stars across the board. But truly a great experience and would recommend/stay again. Great location, home, and value.

We stayed at Kris’s for a local softball tournament. The location was very convenient to the softball fields, restaurants and shopping. As noted in previous reviews, it’s very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Would stay again in the future!

Our vacation was from August 24 - September 3 with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The condo was perfect for us. Short drive to the beach and grocery stores. The community pool was about a 20 foot walk out the back door. The community residents were extremely friendly and welcoming. We were invited to their Labor Day cookout on Sunday and enjoyed ourselves just like we were family. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place.
