Very nice and clean! Loved the beach access and the pool!

Stayed here in early April. We loved that from the main floor we were able to see the ocean through the floor to ceiling windows and watch the dolphins. Loved the open floor plan on the main floor. You could see the view from everywhere. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could need to make light lunches or full meals. The beds were very comfortable with quality matresses. Bedrooms had plenty of dresser space. The older kids enjoyed having a large space of their own on the lower floor to hang out, play games and watch movies together while the adults were on the main floor. Even though it was early for the season there was alot to see and do in the area and the pool was already open. We loved that we were able to walk off the back deck straight to the beach along a boardwalk. It made it so easy and convenient to go back and forth when you needed a break or just wanted to go out for a short time. This will be our first choice to stay again on our next visit.

Great stay for my family and two dogs. Ashley was quick and easy to text with. Ideal location. Easily walk to beach. Would stay again and hope to do so.

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

Check in procedures were well described & easy to do! Place was easy to locate with friendly staff entire stay! Room was clean & exactly as described! Couldn’t be happier with stay and definitely would visit again!

My husband and I spent 3 nights here, exploring local beaches and restaurants, as well as to use it as a jump off place to visit Cape Lookout lighthouse. If that interests you, plan ahead and buy ferry tickets the day before. The local beaches were nice, but not a lot of beach, especially at or close to high tide. The condo was nice, beds comfy, easy access to the beach. Used the back deck a lot to enjoy the ocean view, which is limited, but still nice.

We had a great stay. Ed made it better by being generous enough to let us check in a bit earlier. Super responsive to any questions and felt right at home. Location is amazing, recommend to anyone thinking about booking—do it!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive. We felt right at home and would definitely love to return. Highly recommend!

Probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental. Super clean, great place.

In a word, I would describe our stay as WONDERFUL. The easy accessibility to the beach and pool was great! Views were amazing. My wife kept saying she could not believe how clean the entire AirBNB was. Finally, we have a senior dog and the elevator was a game changer for him and for loading and unloading our stuff.

My group of 8 felt right at home at Alyssa’s property, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We felt right at home. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s STUNNING! Everything was so well thought out in the kitchen , and the golf cart was such a fun way to get around town. Alyssa was very responsive with anything we could need. This was my second time staying in Topsail and can’t wait to go back :)

We loved staying here for the weekend. It was so clean and well maintained. It’s the perfect location between the beach and the sound. More than enough linens, towels, and amenities were there for our family. The binder full of recommendations was such a great touch. We loved it so much we booked it again for next year. We absolutely LOVED this place. Me and my Fiancé stayed here for a couple of days and are looking forward to coming back in the future. This place has the perfect balance of privacy, quiet, beauty, and comfort that it makes you feel truly on a retreat. 5 Stars to the host as they were very responsive, respectful, helpful, and kind.

Rose & Gary’s place was well worth the price. I felt at home. She provided so much more than expected too. If I’m back to the area I will definitely stay at this location. The beds were comfy too. Everything was perfect.

We had a great stay at the Boho Chateau this past weekend! It is very conveniently located in a super cute neighborhood which was perfect for all of the family events that were happening in the area. The backyard was peaceful and private so we even got to do a little meditation and sunbathing! We stayed at Priscilla’s place to celebrate our senior graduating with a girls trip to Emerald Isle over the weekend. We had the best time. The space was so clean and felt just like home. We all slept like babies. The beds were all so comfy. We enjoyed not having to drive forever to get to the beach. I was so very thankful for the Tupperware that was in the cabinets. It made taking our snacks to the beach so much easier. The neighborhood was so quiet and conveniently located to just about anything we needed to get to. We just had everything we needed! It was a wonderful time!

The view is impeccable, the house is spacious as well as spotless, the atmosphere is serene. My mother and I wanted a quiet getaway, and we got exactly that. On an interesting note, there is some occasional noise of a very particular type. Camp Lejeune is right across the bay so you may hear some distant artillery testing and fly-bys of military helicopters. The sounds from these were infrequent and non intrusive, being pretty distant. I found it intriguing and even entertaining. My mother and I brought our own cooking ingredients and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen supplies such as pots and various cooking utensils. We never wanted for anything. My mother would sit by the window to enjoy the view while doing her embroidery. I used one of the kayaks twice, and appreciated the supplied life jackets. I thoroughly enjoyed the calm waters. My favorite thing to do during my stay was to sit by the water watching the birds catching fish and reading books. We hope to come again!
