Atlantic Beach beach vacation rentals

The house was exactly as described. The only problem I had was communicating with Betsy via text. She was very curt and it was totally not called for in a relationship with a question about check in.

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the small touches like the array of coffee pods, new sponge, and extra beach gear. We also loved the set-up of the house and the spacious kitchen, along with the relaxing deck areas and convenient outdoor shower. The kids had a blast and we got to relax. It was a great spot for our family!

Jill’s place was a great place for my boys and I to stay for a week at the beach! The location was perfect. The cozy little cottage was clean and organized with everything you may need for a stay away from home. Jill was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. I highly recommend her place for your stay.

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

This air BNB and it's owners were AMAZING. The pictures look identical to the air bnb but they don't do it justice. It truly has that homey feel to it. The decor is incredible, our favorite was the cool astronaut. The location is absolutely perfect and convient to both Jacksonville and swansboro. The only thing I can say is the walls are kinda thin, and the neighbors might not be very considerate of the quiet hours, but that can happen ANYWHERE you book and has nothing to do with the owners or the air BNB itself. We absolutely would be honored to stay again in the future! 10 outta 10! Much appreciation for yalls hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach with easy access, even with a stroller. It was perfect for our family with small children and was well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was smooth and quick. Highly recommend!

Needed a place last minute after fishing all day. Host got back to me almost immediately about booking his place. He also allowed us to park our smaller boat at his place which was VERY helpful. Place was clean and we felt right at home. Will book again!

Our second stay at this beautiful location. You can't beat the view and proximity to the beach. The owner is very responsive, and communication was timely and clear.

We had a great stay at Emily's place over Easter weekend. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. Loved the location and will visit again!

This little house was the perfect beach stay. The wrap around deck with steps that lead to the sand, private beach access, and big window views of the ocean were amazing. I will emphasize that it is exactly as advertised, “little house on the beach” with one shared bathroom, 2 small bedrooms, and a living room/kitchen this is a perfect spot for a couple, small family, or just a few adults. If you’re trying to save and fit more the beds will accommodate just want to caution it will be cramped! The house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed.

We stayed at this house for my son’s deployment homecoming. He is stationed at Cherry Point, which is only about 30 minutes away. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The fenced in backyard is great, and a huge bonus for my 5 month old black Lab. The location is fantastic! The beach is beautiful and a really short walk from the house. You can see the ocean from the kitchen window. Restaurants and Shops are also within walking distance, which is a plus.

Our stay at the Beach House at Topsail was nothing short of wonderful! The location is unbeatable—just a quick and easy walk to the beach, which made our daily seaside adventures incredibly convenient. The house itself exudes a rustic charm that perfectly complements the coastal vibe of the area. We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. The instructions provided were clear and straightforward, making our arrival and stay seamless. Minnie, our host, was fantastic—she was attentive and ensured that everything was in place for our comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy and inviting space, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

This was our second time vacationing here. We love the ocean views, cleanliness of the house, location on the island. It is a great place for a family getaway. The host is great as well. Highly recommend!

Brian is great host, very responsive. There was a small issue with the patio screen. We let him know mostly to avoid being charged for damage, but he got it fixed immediately. The place was spotless and simple. Loved the icemaker, great feature for any fishing or beach destination!

The location was absolutely amazing, being able to walk to the beach in less than a minute alone gives this place 5 stars. The host was incredible and responded to our questions in a minute or less! The beds were fantastic, the water was nice and hot! The kitchen was incredible! I absolutely loved how the entire bottom was fenced in, our dogs got to run around have freedom! Everything we could possible need was already provided( I had brought a few things for the kitchen to use and turns out I didn’t even have too) the house was very clean, board games were provided also! I would strongly recommend this to any of my friends/family and we will definitely be coming back to stay here. If you’re considering an air bnb right on the beach, look NO FURTHER, this place is it!! Top tier! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I love staying at Amy’s places! She truly makes me feel right at home! From the time I park my vehicle, to the walkway into the Airbnb, I feel like it is just as it was before! She had creamer in the fridge and fresh flowers on the table waiting on me! She is an awesome host!

Had a great time here in Topsail and this place was a big reason why!!

We love staying at this little cottage in Beaufort and will certainly return again. Its location and proximity to fun things cannot beat. You are able to walk or ride bikes to waterfront access points, restaurants and bars and it’s an easy car ride to Morehead or down east to Harker’s Island. There are two comfortable full-sized beds, a large bathroom with laundry facilities and everything is decorated very beach and cute. The kitchen is small but well equipped and we did make breakfast there each morning. There is also a nice backyard and deck if you need to exercise your pup or simply want to get some fresh air. We simply love this place and the owners are extremely responsive should you need anything at all.

Great location just far enough from noise of downtown but still a good walk. Nice back porch for sun and front for shade and people watching. Plenty of bikes to choose from. Good separation of space with two bedrooms on each side of house. Nice extra den area with additional tv to spread out. Issue with plumbing was addressed quickly by Jessica. Have stayed in numerous Airbnbs in Beaufort and this is at the top of the list.

This was our second time staying at Diane’s beach cottage and it didn’t disappoint! We absolutely loved staying there! It was the cutest place with so much to do nearby. It was such a great, relaxing place and it had everything that we might need. Diane was so friendly and very responsive to any questions that I had. The house was perfect, very clean. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the Mermaid Cottage. It was very kid friendly, clean, walkable to a great playground and the local curb market. Stacie was a great host and we’d absolutely recommend her place.

We loved the proximity to the beach - very easy walk. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our trip!
