Beach condo vacation rentals in Atlantic Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was easy to find. 1st floor, so only a few stairs. Very clean and well appointed. The beach access for the condo has stairs but the regional beach access is just outside your balcony and only steps away. It is ramped and flat all the way to the sand. This is perfect for the supplied cart that was much appreciated. Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Decent WiFi. Furniture was comfortable. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Pool was nice. Everything was as shown and advertised. We would definitely recommend this host and this rental. Thanks again.

Fantastic spot right by the beach with access to two pools. Loved that there were games, towels, kitchenware and toys for kids.

Carol’s place was just as described and the location was perfect. We had a little confusion with getting in but she was very apologetic and quick to respond. We had a great time and the area was very peaceful. Great birthday trip.

Sharon is a great host! She’s very friendly and accommodating. Her place is very clean and cozy. Very short walk to the beach. The Adirondack chairs on the upper deck were very cozy to sit in overlooking the pool, watching the skies and relaxing after hanging at the beach. Even some of the best food (Amos Mosquitoes, Island Grill, Oceana Pier and more) is within walking distance. If you forgot anything, more than likely Sharon has it in the apartment. We hated to leave, however we will definitely be staying at Sharon’s place again! Thanks TONS Sharon!! ☺️

My family had an incredible stay at Saltwater Solace! The condo was beautifully styled and extremely clean. We have two young children and the close proximity to the beach was perfect for quick trips back to the condo for bathroom breaks, snack refills, and naps. We really appreciated the supply of children’s toys/books as well as the option to easily rent a stroller from the property. My husband and I also loved enjoying a glass of wine and a movie in front of the cozy fireplace once the kids were in bed. The list of recommended restaurants in the area was also very helpful- Nicole truly thought of everything and was an extremely responsive host. We had the best time and I can’t wait to return- both with my family and with a group of girlfriends!

David’s place was well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a stress free trip. So many little touches such as snacks and water bottles, coffee pods, extra razors and toiletries, even sunscreen! The condo was spotless, comfortable beds, and great location. I’m definitely going to book with him again!

We loved staying here! Great location near the beach and in a private area. Everyone we saw was extremely friendly. The indoor/outdoor pools were another perk. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back in the future! The condo was right at the beginning of Emerald Isle before going further to the area where there are more tourists-Which we thought was another plus. Thank you!!!

This was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (my husband and I, and our two children , 2, and 4). The condo was exactly as described and is literally right ontop of the beach! Alan was very quick to respond to any questions we had. This was our first time in Topsail and I believe we have found our new vacation spot to start a tradition with our girls. We loved the pool and being able to walk down a couple flights of stairs to be on the beach. We are looking forward to booking with Alan again in the future!

We just returned from an amazing vacation for our 18th Anniversary. It was our first time to Topsail, so we didn't know about no beach access at high tide, so that was our fault. We walked down quite a bit to be able get more beach time. It was nice at high tide to sit on the balcony though. So peaceful and the break we needed. Condo was nice and just as pictured. Julia was a wonderful host and her place was absolutely perfect for our week away! The deck overlooking the ocean was my favorite morning and evening spot. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and super convenient to everything we wanted to do!

Overall we had a great experience! We booked the night before and Kamila replied to our request immediately and provide all the required information needed for the condo. The condo is modern, nicely decorated and clean. The condo is in a gated community and walking distance to the beach. Was helpful having beach chairs for us to use. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing get a way to the beach.

Condo exactly as advertised. Elevators VERY MUCH appreciated. Complex wonderfully convenient for beach access. Beach was clean, lovely and uncrowded.

Amazing oceanfront property! Walk from the living room to the deck to the beach! Good sized kitchen with lots of necessities. I think the only two ‘negatives’ would be the lack of bathrooms (which was clear in the description) and the ac not being able to cool the place down to an acceptable sleep temperature (like 69). Otherwise, this place was quiet, great location for bike riding, endless ocean views, and plenty of room for everyone!!!

We loved our stay at The Salty Pineapple! The location was perfect! We enjoyed several meals out on the patio. Everything was exactly as Kim described. We can’t wait to visit again!

Place was as described. Cleaned and smelled so good! The pool was absolutely amazing and the amenities as well.

What a great place to stay! It was even cuter in person and oh, so clean! We loved the location and were able to walk to many places! It was “so close” to the beach as well. We plan to come back in the future and consider this one of our best ABB stays.

Stacey’s place is so great! This was our home base for a week-long staycation/celebration for my boyfriend and I, and it served us so well. Everything was so comfortable and welcoming, and the location is perfect. We walked to breakfast and dinner every day! The view from the balcony is great too. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It even had extras for us to take on the beach! Stacey made everything a breeze and answered our questions quickly and kindly. We’d absolutely stay here again — thanks so much for having us!

It’s a great place and the location is perfect. There’s a pool and a beach access. There are beach chairs available to use as well. We really had a great time. The instructions were very clear and we really appreciated the early check-in. It was indeed a lovely beach getaway. We will definitely be back.
