During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. A biking path from Athol to Coeur d'Alene, lakes (Spirit Lake, Lake Pend Oreille, Hayden Lake), Silverwood Theme Park (10 minute drive, one of the closest Airbnb), and Farragut State Park (10 minute drive). We're 20 minutes to Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint, 5 minutes to Spirit Lake and Bayview. Coordinate with me to feed or groom the horses (must work with my schedule) or just enjoy them in the pasture during the day.
