The apartment is private, but the common areas are shared with the hosts, it has a balcony with a panoramic view of Turin and the Alps. It is designed in typical Italian style, equipped with a wooden and stone kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and two bedrooms. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

The house is located in the city center, 200 meters from the train and bus station and a five-minute walk from the historic and pedestrian center, but at the same time offers great tranquility, thanks to its location on a private road. At your disposal is an entire attic apartment, located on the top floor, and a large garden with a swimming pool and pond. The location is also ideal for exploring the hills and villages of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato.

The house, equipped with a swimming pool, is located two km from the town and overlooks the valley. It enjoys complete autonomy and allows guests to live in a typical farmhouse with antique furniture. Guests have exclusive access to the property. The other house overlooking the courtyard (it was a small village) is also my property and is closed during the guests' stay. I chose to have few guests to ensure more peace of mind for them and me.
