Very convenient public transport stop. Lombriasco is a strategic location for visiting Turin, Langhe (Truffle Fair), and Roero (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). It is close to the castles of Racconigi and Stupinigi.

La nostra casa si trova a 10 minuti dal centro di Asti, 30 minuti da Alba, Roero e Langhe, 30 minuti da Torino, 40 minuti da Barolo. Si è immersi dal verde ma a soli dieci minuti dal casello autostradale Asti-Est. Situato tra Asti e Moncalvo si rivela un punto ideale. Rilassati e ricaricati in quest’oasi di quiete ed eleganza.

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

In the heart of La Morra, in a building of the '700 recently restored, with characteristic wooden beamed ceilings, the accommodation is organized on two floors. Combined in rustic style with modern furnishings, it includes a kitchen; large living area with a table for 8 people, a sofa bed; living room with TV and sofas on the upper level. Three bedrooms with queen beds, plus a baby bed. The apartment is completed by three full bathrooms with shower and access to the balconies.
