Vacation rentals with a pool in Province of Asti

Our stay has been wonderful. It is a little known corner of Italy with exceptional nature. Small villages perched on hills hold wonders of architecture and painting. The wine and food are very good. The accommodation allows you to come as a fairly large group, there is a lot of sleeping. Anna and her little family are lovely and the place is very nice. We were delighted with our holiday.

It was incredibly calm and nice stay with lots of directions to discover Italy, and every evening come to the country for the recuperation and rest.

We were looking for calm and authenticity and we were served. The house is superb on the outside and even more so on the inside with this beautiful fireplace. We felt at home, the hosts have a big heart and we are happy to share local products and their beautiful region and to please you with small welcome surprises. Our dogs loved the large garden and walks in the forest. Our only regret is not staying longer. Paola is a wonderful person always attentive to us and with impeccable responsiveness. We will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this fabulous house! From the very beginning Gabriella was so helpful with answering questions and offering up suggestions of where to eat, shop and what vineyards to visit. Elena who lives close buy met us at check in and was so very kind and helpful going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. We were a group of 8 and were able to spread out comfortably and have plenty of private space. We ate all of our meals outside, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including two refrigerators! The location is perfect for a stay in Piedmont. You are in the country where it is peaceful and private, however the city of Canelli is just a short drive away. We spent most of our evenings out by the swimming pool that was in pristine condition and so relaxing. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would love to return!!!

This is the second time we have come to Franco's in Loazzolo: no regrets, it was even better than in our memories! Impeccable house, run by a friendly and discreet host, with above ground pool suitable for young children, and panoramic views of the vineyards. Nothing is missing, thank you again and see you soon!

Our stay in this Airbnb was lovely!! The house and garden and the views from the terrace are beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to visit the area from, we had a great time with our 2 year old daughter who was able to play in the house and the garden and swim every day in the swimming pool. It is very clean and everything is provided for; from time to time we had a lovely little “chat” (using our hands and feet and what little Italian we know 😋) with the (grand)mother who lives above the appartement. Definitely would recommend this to our family and friends!

We felt very comfortable in the antique cottage, which does not deny its rural origins. Fabrizio has preserved the rustic style well and originally with design and furnishings despite modernization. The large, fenced garden is wonderful, where we and our dog felt very comfortable. The highlight for us was the pool, which is large enough for a small swimming workout. The morning highlight for us was breakfast in the Bar del gatto, where not only the coffee and brioche were very delicious, but also the contacts were very nice. The cassetta del melograno is very suitable for people who, like us, like rural life, hikes/walks, good food and peace and quiet and are not put off by the humid climate of Piedmont - even when the sun is shining. We will be happy to come back.

Daniela is a great hostess who goes above and beyond to make her guests happy. We were surprised several times with our own baksels. From homemade cakes to croissants, everything was delicious. We also enjoyed our own honey from the beehives. Of course, there are also a lot of bees in the area. You'll notice that when you're by the pool. The apartment was completely complete. Beautiful bathroom, great kitchen with all the essentials, air conditioning and also screens for the windows. The pool and the sunbeds were great. The surroundings with all Daniela's recommendations were very nice. All in all, we had a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

Perfect for smaller groups with the two bed rooms. Clean appartment with a nice balcony and amazing views of Monforte and beyond. Super location in walking distance from everything you need in Monforte. Second stay in the appartment, and will absolutely come back again.

A very nice apartment, everything very clean, new, modern and functional. Wide sliding doors and everything at ground level, including the shower. Parking is right outside the apartment entrance door. No stairs. Here you have a great panoramic view of the countryside with the Alps in the background on one of the highest hills in the area. The village of Treiso is within walking distance of about 2 km. There are a few restaurants there, unfortunately no grocery store. There are some of them in Alba, about 10 km away. The host family lives in the same building, all very friendly, courteous and present, but not intrusive.

The house is fantastic, new and complete with everything. The outdoor area with the pool is very enjoyable and appreciated. Simona is also a very friendly and always available host. We had a very good time.

Really enjoyed our stay in Bart and Odiels beautiful property. A lovely conversion which provided everything needed for a luxurious stay in stunning surroundings. Walkable to local village yet completely surrounded by vineyards. Great communication with the host and I would absolutely recommend a stay in this beautiful part of the world. Great place, fantastic view and loved the pool. You only share the pool with one other guest-family, so it feels almost private. The apartment has everything you need and is as described. We were here with two small kids, it worked well but if it would have been hotter weather, an AC would have been needed. Stefano is a great host and arranges educational wine tastings and good suggestions what to do close by. We were very happy with our stay!

Very nice stay with Manuela and her husband. Great welcome with a very good pie and a good bottle. Impeccable and peaceful accommodation and infrastructure. Manuela is very responsive while discreet. Our stay at Palazzo Mariscotti 1886 was very nice. Great views of the surrounding hills and vineyards from the pool area. In my opinion, a car is absolutely necessary. You can reach many good restaurants in 10-30 minutes. Be sure to bring a travel adapter, there aren't many sockets - but that's normal for such an old house. Rooms are very nice, large, with air conditioning (we didn't need it). Kitchen well equipped. You can be in a group of 10 people, enough space available. WLAN and TV are not high speed, but you can still work remotely like in a home office.

Super accommodation with spacious rooms (all with their own bathroom), a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful large garden including pool. Enza and Salvatore are excellent and accommodating hosts, we had a perfect stay from A to Z!

We had a great time and enjoyed each day the beautiful garden, the pool and nice view. Asti, Alba or Torino offered great options for a Cafe Latte or a City break. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us support where needed.
