Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Assisi

Was soll ich sagen Tolle Unterkunft Top gepflegtes Anwesen. Pool sehr groß (16x8m) täglich gereinigt. ausreichend Liegen und Schatten. Die Besitzer sind so nett jeden Morgen sind sie da reinigen den Pool richten die Sitzmöglichkeiten wieder her. Jeden Morgen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch. Piero und seine Frau sind sehr Freundlich Herzlich aber doch zurückhaltend. Sie sprechen leider kein Englisch oder Deutsch. Die Lage ist ca 8 min von Cortona mit dem Auto. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und konnten Tolle Touren machen.

Anna Rita's place in Assisi is located in a quiet location just a few steps from the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti. It is very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and all the important churches in the area. The apartment is very rustic with stone walls but has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Anna Rita was always responsive to questions and was flexible about my check in when I arrived on an early train from Perugia. Assisi is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely stay here again.

Roberto ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er begleitet einen still und diskret während des gesamten Aufenthaltes und ist bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche übertrifft alle Erwartungen und bereitet einem einen schönen Auftakt und Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Mi è piaciuto molto la posizione, la pulizia dell’alloggio , ma soprattutto la disponibilità dei proprietari , la gentilezza e le indicazioni che mi hanno fornito per muoversi nei dintorni, anche al di fuori degli itinerari classi. Esperienza molto positiva. Grazie di tutto!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Lieta per due notti e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. L’alloggio era pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli e accogliente fin dal primo momento. I padroni di casa si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili, disponibili e attenti, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. La posizione è comoda e facilmente raggiungibile, con la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto all’interno della struttura, un plus non da poco. L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda il bagno: la doccia condivide lo spazio con il wc e il bidet, quindi, una volta utilizzata, tutto il pavimento resta bagnato, rendendo molto scomodo l’uso dei sanitari e con rischio di scivolare. A parte questo piccolo inconveniente, ci siamo trovati benissimo e consigliamo Casa Lieta a chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo, pulito e con proprietari gentilissimi.

Appartamento veramente carino, accogliente, pulitissimo e in zona strategica per visitare l'Umbria. A 2 passi dall'entrata in superstrada, nella zona c'è tutto ciò che serve, ristorante, bar, supermarket. Posto auto privato, Mara è stata gentilissima e rapidissima per rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda. Da tornarci sicuramente, FORTEMENTE consigliato. Grazie di tutto, Max e Nadia

un attico con una vista unica nella zona,dove si vede molto bene sia il centro storico che le montagne, l'host molto professionale, sicuramente lo riproverò

Wow, what an incredible holiday we had here. Not only is this 200 year old villa beautiful, but it also boasts a huge amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining areas. The absolute highlight of our trip was Marco, the incredible host at the villa. He was basically on call for the 4 days we were there and was so helpful organising taxi transfers, big shops, activities, and anything else we needed at the villa. Such amazing views and ridiculously gorgeous vineyard nearby. In the evening you can relax and not worry about neighbours. We had a party and watched the fireflies!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

È stato un gran bel soggiorno alla casetta Sant’ Angelica! Roberto è un ottimo host, gentile, disponibile e molto simpatico. Abbiamo trovato la casa comoda per noi 4 adulti con 3 pelosi, materassi comodi, cucina attrezzata, doccia perfetta e piscina molto utile. Nonostante il terreno sia in pendenza non ci ha creato difficoltà per le nostre serate all’aperto e i pelosi erano in totale libertà essendo la proprietà completamente recintata. Torneremo sicuramente.

Soggiorno impeccabile, casa sempre calda al punto giusto sia di giorno che di notte, Sara ci ha offerto qualcosa per fare colazione che è stato molto apprezzato, le notti splendide nel mezzo della bellezza dei boschi e il silenzio. Il prezzo per un appartamento così è veramente buono, e sinceramente non vediamo l’ora di tornare, é stato triste dover essercene già andati, anche il cane ormai si era innamorato del posto! I just returned from the most incredible stay at a villa in Umbria, Italy, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Italian hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The villa itself was like something out of a storybook—stunning stone walls, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of rolling hills that seemed to stretch on forever. The interiors were beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace while soaking in the sun and the magnificent scenery. The kitchen was a dream for cooking enthusiasts like me; we even picked up fresh ingredients from a nearby market and whipped up our own Italian The locals were incredibly friendly, making our experience even more special. I’ve traveled quite a bit, but nothing compares to the magic of Umbria. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and immerse yourself in Italian culture this villa is it!

This is a great place to stay! The location is amazing. It’s right in old town. The views out of the windows are amazing! The space is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Laura, the host, is wonderful! She takes great care in the details of her beautiful home. She is friendly and really wants you to enjoy yourself. It rained when we were there and Laura reached out with lots of things to do to keep you out of the rain. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent. We would recommend to anyone and Laura is what makes this place so special.

location molto carina... raggiungibile per quanto riguarda le località turistiche Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. consigliamo vivamente per chi voglia passare un weekend in assoluta tranquillità per non dire poi della piscina a completa disposizione. consiglio vivamente per chi voglia passare uno splendido weekend Grazie ancora prenderemo in considerazione nel caso in cui volessimo ritornarci.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Claudio's place was immaculate! I've never seen an Airbnb that was this clean and well thought out for this purpose. There was plenty of room for the two of us with space available to store our travel things for the week we were there. Claudio was very thorough in explaining how things worked and where things were located and also included notes here and there with how to deal with the trash, heating/cooling system and check out. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets to use as needed. As with most Italian bathrooms, the shower was a little small for those of larger stature, but it functioned well and the amount of hot water available was plenty for 2 people to be able to shower one right after the other. Claudio also left some wonderful welcome snacks, water, wine and had the kitchen stocked with all the necessary basics for making meals at home. He even had both Italian and American coffee available with the appropriate tools for preparation.

Our stay at Rosa’s was more than we could have hoped for. Rosa and her husband were kind, caring and extremely helpful. Rosa is a detailed person and wants her guests to enjoy themselves and feel right at home, which is what we did. We cannot say enough about Rosa and her husband. The apartment was exactly the kind of authentic Italian home that you would hope for. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking some Italian meals! We loved Cortona. We enjoyed the location which was practically in the main square. There were many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We enjoyed the market in the square every Saturday. Our favorite was strolling through the streets of Cortona and taking in the amazing views. The central location made it a great home base for us. It was easy to catch a bus and train to discover more of Tuscany. This was by far our best Airbnb experience and highly recommend it.
