Good week in this house

Our stay in Paciano was beyond our expectations. The place is perfect, quiet and has a beautiful view of the valley and the lake. The house is fully equipped, nothing to plan and our hosts were super available and good advice (thank you for the recipes). Convenience and commerce 15 min by car. Ideally located between Rome, Florence, Pisa and Siena. No complaints, it was a very nice surprise, thanks to Maria Pia and Dante.

Rossana and her husband Mauro were wonderful hosts: impeccable kindness and availability. We did not have a car and Rossana immediately offered to pick us up at the station upon our arrival and to bring us back. In addition, they made themselves available to accompany us by car for any visits to the surrounding area. In the place you have all the necessary privacy and the space outside is really very nice

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Gianluca and Valentino are princes! They were flexible and helpful given our late arrival and the house was wonderful. This is a great location to explore Umbria from!

We had a great time at Luisa's house which is even more beautiful than in the photos. Luisa was more than responsive when we asked her for things. The pool is sensational and the calm of the surroundings is great for relaxing. The wifi is a little weak but nothing serious because the important thing is to appreciate the amenities of the house.

Villa Elisa is the best place I have stayed so far. Its construction style is old and special, the care of the Villa is down to the details, whether it is the exterior or interior, everything works is impressive even though some parts of the house are original from that time such as the doors, the windows, the floor tiles,The view is magnificent, magical whether with the radiant sun, under a torrential rain, under the clouds, under the mist or under the stars with the moon as a companion.Absolutely everything in detail and scrupulously organized, all thanks to its hosts Luciano and Christina. Now I will make an important section, if the Villa is majestic, they are also splendid and kind; I had the pleasure and pride of meeting them personally, people like few I have ever met and who are now scarce. Natural, simple and kind, always at hand unconditionally for whatever was needed.I recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a great place and excellent company and 100 percent.

This is one of the most wonderful villas to stay in around Umbria. The space itself feels like a comfortable home and the views are seriously magical. The location is fantastic and it’s easy to explore the area from there, as long as you have a car. Rolando was the perfect host. Super responsive and sent through a lot of recommendations and suggestions as well as connecting us with chefs and drivers as needed. Everything was perfect, and as a very frequent traveller this is not something I would say often at all. This is a very special place.

Great place to spend time with family and or friends. The house is beautiful and you should plan to spend time in it.

Giovanni’s villa is lovely - highly recommend. The location is just wonderful , on top of a hill with views of the valley / hilltop towns all around. Stefano the housekeeper lives next door and was brilliant at answering any questions/ sorting things. The pool is gorgeous also. We enjoyed trips to nearby towns including the Rinalducci oil mill, Todi, Bevagna and wine tasting in Montefalco.

Very responsive to the few minor issues we had - even went so far as to pay for our lunch via bank transfer at a local Fattoria (farm) that only took bank transfer which was incredibly kind! The house is really special and secluded, epic pool and a pizza oven that was pretty special. I would recommend getting a nice big car to get there/get around in Umbria - some of the roads/tracks are pretty interesting (for a city mouse like me) but it's the price you pay to really be in nature. The kids loved the hammocks and Luca made sure we had a great time.

This was an incredible house! Located in a beautiful area close to Todi, full of nature and close to easy hikes. The house is stunning and perfect for families who want an authentic Italian vacation!

Isabella and Alessandro were extremely accommodating, and always on hand when we needed help. We would definitely stay here again. We were a group of 13 with 3 small babies. The Villa was spacious and beautiful. There are 4 double bedrooms with en-suites in the main house, and 3 separate apartments with their own kitchenettes. There were no baths, so our friends with babies had to get creative in sinks or paddling pools. We arrived in Italy in the middle of a heatwave so spent most of our time cooling off by the pool, which was kept in good order by Alessandro every morning. There were comfy sun loungers and a large shaded table for lunches. Each guest gets a bath towel but no beach towel for the poolside, so don’t forget to pack one. They were able to provide two fans. A couple of guests bought more fans because it was so hot but it was possible to keep the rooms cool if you opened the windows to allow airflow but kept the shutters closed. However, some guests did find the mosquitos problematic. Accessibility: The Villa sits on top of a steep hill, so if you’re taking a car, make sure it’s got a good sized engine to take you and your passengers up it. Supermarkets are a 10-15 minute drive away. Kitchen We were able to cater for everyone using the kitchen in the main house, which has an oven and gas stove top. We also made use of the fire grill in the out house, but it’s worth checking with Alessandro how to use it. We had to buy staple ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper. Admin We were asked to provide evidence of our ID documentation on arrival and pay tourism tax.

We took full advantage of the pool, kitchen, laundry facilities, and suggestions from our hosts. This was a relaxing and beautiful environment for our family vacation. We were so close to many hill towns especially the nearest: Cortona. It was worth the splurge.

When I first saw Villa Anna Elisa on Airbnb, I thought that the villa and its surroundings were too good to be true. In person, the Villa is even more spectacular than in the photos. Marco is an amazing host--with his warm greeting--he took us through all the necessary details and offered us a whole book dedicated to local attractions. There was a basket full of goodies (pasta, sauce, milk, etc) and olive oil offered on arrival. The home was well-provisioned and super clean. The infinity pool and lounge area--decadent! I have already booked for next years and cannot wait to return to our new Umbria home. GRAZIE MILLE.

You're located in a very beautiful, scenic environment. The view from the terrace is great, and the gardens are well kept with lots of green and flowers around the swimming pool. When you're surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, looking out on Assisi, it's impossible to not enjoy your stay!

We spent four peaceful days in this magical Umbrian-Tusan-style property, which comfortably accommodated three couples of friends in spacious, elegant and functional rooms equipped with all comforts. The large dining room and adjacent kitchen allowed us to have breakfast and dinner together. The outdoor patio allows you to admire the surrounding landscape at any time of the day. The outdoor cooking area was much appreciated, equipped with a barbecue and a stone wood-burning oven that allowed us to enjoy an evening barbecue. A vacation that for each of us, without exception, has taken on an unexpected added value precisely because of the beauty and comfort of this property, harmoniously inserted in the Umbrian hilly landscape. A heartfelt thanks from all of us to Daniele Rossi who hosted us, for the extreme kindness, availability and discretion, allowing us four days of true relaxation.

Denyse’s place is lovely, very peaceful and as described in the listing. We visited in mid April during a rainy week so didn’t get to try the pool but it looks lovely. The house itself is a converted chapel and the recent renovations are very nice. The area is quiet but a short drive to Cortona and an hour from the Brunello wine region. All in all a very nice stay thank you Denyse!

Can’t say enough about the views. Simply spectacular! The pool was pristine, the lounge chairs, umbrellas and pool towels all very nice. The villa was just as described and lovely. We six ladies were all comfortable and had plenty of space. We were there the last week in May and so we did not need the a/c. However screens for the bedroom windows would have been nice to cool the rooms off a bit in the evenings. Host was very responsive and we truly enjoyed our stay. It was private and peaceful. A beautiful property. Just a ten minute trip via car to Cortona city center.

We had an amazing experience at Enrico and Alessandra's loft. Exceptional hosts: friendly, friendly, proactive and always available. They made our stay really enjoyable with their friendly welcome. The villa is located in a perfect location in the Umbrian countryside, between Assisi, Perugia and other wonderful villages, such as Spello. The tranquility of the place is unparalleled and the opportunity to observe the stars at night, lying on the lawn, is a magical experience. It's also a great place to see the falling stars in August, and the view of Assisi at night is really special, adding a unique touch to the living room. Another great feature of the villa is the pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days. Enrico took care of the pool, cleaning it every day, which made everything even more pleasant and relaxing.

We had a great time in the beautiful Casa Isabella! 2 rooms and a mezzanine are on the top floor around a large living area, the kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and lead out to two large terrace areas and the beautiful private swimming pool. The view from the terrace and the pool are stunning! Everything was perfect for us; we loved the peace and quiet, the hosts were always responsive and helpful, the house is well stocked and feels like home straightaway and there are some great restaurants just 15min away in pretty much all directions.

The villa was large and spotless. The pool and surrounding area was perfect for relaxing with beautiful views of the Italian countryside. Olimpia was very quick to reply to my messages.
