Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Assisi

What can I say Great place Top well-kept property. Pool very large (16x8m) cleaned daily. Plenty of loungers and shade. The owners are so nice every morning they clean the pool. Fresh flowers on the table every morning. Piero and his wife are very friendly, but still reserved. Unfortunately, you don't speak English or German. The location is about 8 minutes from Cortona by car. We had bikes with us and were able to do great tours.

Anna Rita's place in Assisi is located in a quiet location just a few steps from the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti. It is very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and all the important churches in the area. The apartment is very rustic with stone walls but has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Anna Rita was always responsive to questions and was flexible about my check in when I arrived on an early train from Perugia. Assisi is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely stay here again.

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available to answer questions. The kitchen equipment exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

I really liked the location, the cleanliness of the accommodation , but above all the availability of the owners , the kindness and directions they gave me to move around, even outside of the class itineraries. Very positive experience. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at Casa Lieta for two nights and the experience was really nice. The accommodation was very clean, with attention to detail and welcoming from the first moment. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful and attentive, helping to make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient and easily accessible, with the possibility of parking the car inside the property, a plus not to be underestimated. The only aspect that could be improved is the bathroom: the shower shares the space with the toilet and bidet, so, once used, the whole floor remains wet, making the use of the bathroom very uncomfortable and with the risk of slipping. Apart from this small inconvenience, we had a great time and recommend Casa Lieta to those looking for a quiet, clean stay with very kind owners.

Really nice apartment, cozy, very clean and in a strategic area to visit Umbria. A stone's throw from the highway entrance, in the area there is everything you need, restaurant, bar, supermarket. Private parking space, Mara was very kind and very quick to answer all our questions. Definitely to be visited again, STRONGLY recommended. Thank you for everything, Max and Nadia

Wow, what an incredible holiday we had here. Not only is this 200 year old villa beautiful, but it also boasts a huge amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining areas. The absolute highlight of our trip was Marco, the incredible host at the villa. He was basically on call for the 4 days we were there and was so helpful organising taxi transfers, big shops, activities, and anything else we needed at the villa. Such amazing views and ridiculously gorgeous vineyard nearby. In the evening you can relax and not worry about neighbours. We had a party and watched the fireflies!

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

It was a great stay at the Sant'Angelica house! Roberto is a great host, kind, helpful and very nice. We found the house comfortable for us 4 adults with 3 furry friends, comfortable mattresses, equipped kitchen, perfect shower and very useful pool. Although the ground is sloping, it did not create difficulties for our outdoor evenings and the furry ones were in total freedom as the property is completely fenced. We will definitely be back.

It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

Impeccable stay, house always warm at the right point both day and night, Sara offered us something for breakfast which was much appreciated, the nights were beautiful in the midst of the beauty of the woods and the silence. The price for an apartment like this is really good, and honestly we can't wait to go back, it was sad to have to leave already, even the dog had fallen in love with the place! I just returned from the most incredible stay at a villa in Umbria, Italy, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Italian hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The villa itself was like something out of a storybook—stunning stone walls, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of rolling hills that seemed to stretch on forever. The interiors were beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace while soaking in the sun and the magnificent scenery. The kitchen was a dream for cooking enthusiasts like me; we even picked up fresh ingredients from a nearby market and whipped up our own Italian The locals were incredibly friendly, making our experience even more special. I’ve traveled quite a bit, but nothing compares to the magic of Umbria. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and immerse yourself in Italian culture this villa is it!

This is a great place to stay! The location is amazing. It’s right in old town. The views out of the windows are amazing! The space is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Laura, the host, is wonderful! She takes great care in the details of her beautiful home. She is friendly and really wants you to enjoy yourself. It rained when we were there and Laura reached out with lots of things to do to keep you out of the rain. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent. We would recommend to anyone and Laura is what makes this place so special.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Claudio's place was immaculate! I've never seen an Airbnb that was this clean and well thought out for this purpose. There was plenty of room for the two of us with space available to store our travel things for the week we were there. Claudio was very thorough in explaining how things worked and where things were located and also included notes here and there with how to deal with the trash, heating/cooling system and check out. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets to use as needed. As with most Italian bathrooms, the shower was a little small for those of larger stature, but it functioned well and the amount of hot water available was plenty for 2 people to be able to shower one right after the other. Claudio also left some wonderful welcome snacks, water, wine and had the kitchen stocked with all the necessary basics for making meals at home. He even had both Italian and American coffee available with the appropriate tools for preparation.

Our stay at Rosa’s was more than we could have hoped for. Rosa and her husband were kind, caring and extremely helpful. Rosa is a detailed person and wants her guests to enjoy themselves and feel right at home, which is what we did. We cannot say enough about Rosa and her husband. The apartment was exactly the kind of authentic Italian home that you would hope for. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking some Italian meals! We loved Cortona. We enjoyed the location which was practically in the main square. There were many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We enjoyed the market in the square every Saturday. Our favorite was strolling through the streets of Cortona and taking in the amazing views. The central location made it a great home base for us. It was easy to catch a bus and train to discover more of Tuscany. This was by far our best Airbnb experience and highly recommend it.
