Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni fantastici, consiglio vivamente sia il borgo che la casa. Fornita di tutto, lontana dal caos ma centrale per visitare l'Umbria. Un oasi di pace, sul serio. La famiglia che gestisce la casa è disponibile, accogliente e attenta ai dettagli. Dopo una giornata in giro tra le città d'arte la piscina rende ancora più rilassante il soggiorno. Grazie, torneremo presto.

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Anna è stata estremamente gentile e precisa fin dal primo contatto, fornendoci tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro e puntuale. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Cinzia, una persona squisita che ci ha fatto fare il giro della casa e ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos della città: silenziosa, immersa nel verde e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Un grande punto a favore è la totale accoglienza verso gli animali: i nostri cuccioli si sono goduti il giardino completamente recintato in totale sicurezza e libertà, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole per tutta la famiglia. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo, ben tenuto e gestito con grande cura. Grazie ancora ad Anna e Cinzia!

Siamo stati così bene con i bambini in questa bellissima casa che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarla. Tutto era perfettamente attrezzato. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ospitalità premurosa e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Grazie di cuore!

Hyggelig rummelig lejlighed så centralt som overhovedet muligt. Alt fungerer fint. God seng men ingen gode møbler at sidde, desværre. Men det er også det eneste minus.

What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

My son and I had a great stay in Federica’s house. It’s very spacious with great facilities including a balcony from the main bedroom and a very large garden which was great to sit out in. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, there was a large kitchen which all the necessary facilities and a few extra ones. We thoroughly recommend Federica’s home.

It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

This space is an absolute GEM. A beautiful home with all amenities you’d need to feel taken care of an at peace. I don’t have words for how kind, helpful and accommodating Vittoria was before and during our stay. She is the perfect host. The space is very aesthetically pleasing, full of history and character. Huge spotless bathroom made me feel like a queen. Kitchen, living room and terrace all gorgeous and allowing for quiet, healing time at home in between day trips to all the amazing Umbrian towns and countryside. Vittoria gave us a tour/taste testing of her olive oil making. It was incredibly delicious, interesting, educational and beautiful. We bought a bunch of oil and homemade noodles to fly back with us for family and friends. Thank you so much for this beautiful property to rest at during our travels in Italy. The trails in and out of the olive groves, the grapevines covering the terrace out our back door and your wonderful caring heart, Vittoria, made our stay unforgettable:)

Wir waren für eine Woche im Mai mit unserem Hund bei Simona zu Gast und haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück und der Garten ist ein Traum. Super schön gelegen, sehr weitläufig und viele Gelegenheiten sich es gemütlich zu machen - egal ob auf der Terrasse oder am Pool. Ihre beiden Hunde sind sehr freundlich und haben sich mit unserem Hund gut verstanden. Egal ob Reisen mit Hund oder ohne - wir würden diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Sie eignet sich sowohl als Ausgangspunkt um die Region zu erkunden, als auch um sich einfach vor Ort an diesem traumhaften Platz eine gute Zeit zu machen und einfach die Natur und die Ruhe zu genießen.

La casa di Marzia è una vera chicca per chi vuole passare qualche giorno nella pace e tranquillità. Consiglio davvero di farci visita, è disperso nel nulla, ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile con specifica dall’indirizzo fornito direttamente da Marzia. Consiglio l’amaca sotto le stelle e un buon caffè vista collina la mattina presto. Ci torneremo molto presto perché fare una esperienza così è senz’altro da ripetere!

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

Cases Nucci was a magnificent place. The views are amazing. The history behind the property was so cool. Ricardo was so nice and helpful from checking in, recommendations, and showing us around. I would love to come back here again. What a hidden gem!

La Sentinella was a great value in my opinion. Our property in Amalfi charged us for an additional toilet roll but here everything was provided and the property was spectacular. Francesca was so friendly and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained complex. The location is peaceful and scenic, with stunning views that immediately help you unwind. The swimming pool is lovely – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. Although our stay was short, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a basket of fresh cherries every day, which added a charming personal touch. We were warmly welcomed and kindly assisted by Fillipo and his father, whose hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature in a serene setting!

This place was in a great location of town closer to entrance to the town and by the Basilica of San Francesco. The views from the top floor were great! The bedrooms were spacious. It was helpful to have a kitchen although we didn’t use it besides the fridge which was a good size. We knew the bathroom was small especially the shower when compared to what we were used to in the USA but it worked out and did the job. The unit is at the top floor of the building which has a couple flights of stairs to climb up but the views made it worth it and I think it was a bit quieter from being higher up too as the roads are busy during the day with cars driving by. We all slept well and weren’t bothered much by the cars in the evening as it is a bigger road for Assisi. We would definitely rent this place again. Remember to bring some euros for the travelers/visitors tax.

My husband and I just spent a wonderful week at Claudia’s place in Spello. The apartment is beautiful, just as shown in the pictures, with everything you could need and a very comfy bed and an excellent shower. Situated on one of Spello’s ubiquitous picture perfect alleyways near the bottom of town, a convenient, short walk to the station and the supermarket. Anya was amazing; a lovely, friendly lady who is super quick to respond to any queries. She organised a taxi from and to Perugia airport for us (a great help as taxis are sparse in Spello!) and recommended the beautiful hike along the Roman aqueduct to the delightful hamlet of Collepino; a highlight of our trip! I would thoroughly recommend Claudia’s place and very much hope to make a return visit myself!

Our stay at Lolita‘s was probably the most home like of any place. We stayed in Italy. The views were beautiful and it was set up for cooking at home with a nice grill and outdoor fireplace. This was perfect for us. There is excellent, hiking very nearby which we took advantage of. Is a bit of a drive up the hill but once you get used to it, it’s very easy. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Eravamo due famiglie e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Maria Francesca è stata gentilissima e super disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. La casa è ampia e spaziosa ed era pulitissima. A due minuti a piedi da Santa Maria degli angeli e a pochi minuti di macchina da Assisi.

Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Spello is a lovely place to stay if you would like to explore Umbria. Sonora was very friendly easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions of where to eat in Spello. I would recommend to family and friends

Had a wonderful time staying in Deseos’s place! Couldn’t have asked for a more central location. Dropping the bags was slightly stressful with a car, but if you can carry your things, suggest parking down in the free parking lot at the bottom of the mini metro as the metro runs every few minutes and costs only €1.50 per ride. The apartment is just a five minute walk from the last mini metro stop. Perugia is so walkable and we really enjoyed being in the heart of it, eating at many of the local restaurants. If you’re into vintage shopping also recommend checking out Paleos Vintage. Deseos was incredibly helpful, sorting out any questions or needs we had efficiently and kindly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a lush stay in Perugia.

Great location. Feels a bit more “local” than some other parts of Assisi, but super easy to walk everywhere. Probably the easiest check in I’ve had, directions were easy and super clear. 10/10
