Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Assisi

Hyggelig rummelig lejlighed så centralt som overhovedet muligt. Alt fungerer fint. God seng men ingen gode møbler at sidde, desværre. Men det er også det eneste minus.

This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

Saverio is een hele vriendelijke gastheer, die je ook van harte begroet bij aankomst. De woning is schoon en van faciliteiten voorzien. Het uitzicht adembenemend en in de omgeving is van alles te zien en mooie plaatsen zijn binnen een uur rijden te bereiken. Saverio heeft ook een restaurant aan het meer van Trasimeno waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Kortom een fantastische plek om tot rust te komen.

This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Marina e Paola per due notti con la nostra cagnolona e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è ottima, la casa stupenda e Marina ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili! Torneremo sicuramente.

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

Sara and her family were great hosts, very kind and just great people! Their place was better that we could even imagine. Every morning we could spot deer walking across the valley, pheasants with fluttering sounds...Everything was serene and breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Sara's family was beyond hospitable and very responsive to any questions. I am already writing this review with sadness at how much we miss this one-of-a-kind experience.

It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

Angela's flat is great for single families or for 2 families that want to visit Assisi, the apartment is spatious and very well organized. The photos and description are accurate. Angela is a friendly and easy going host always available to support and to give golden tips to look around Assisi. We loved our stay there and would come back next time with more people with us.

Francesca was an excellent host and her home is absolutely stunning. It could’ve easily accommodated a few more people than we booked but our number (5/6) was just right to bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well cared for in the kitchen had everything anyone could ask for. The residence is located on a quiet street that is a little difficult to access for folks who are less mobile, but perfect for those who want to find peace in Assisi. Francesco was super responsive throughout our visit and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

L'appartamento è molto accogliente e funzionale, la posizione è comodissima. Noi non avevamo l'auto ma siamo riusciti ugualmente a spostarci con i mezzi pubblici e a visitare tutti i luoghi che ci eravamo proposti. Mi sono trovata benissimo, la casa è molto luminosa e panoramica e sicuramente ci ritornerei per un prossimo viaggio in Umbria. Anche la Signora Sara è davvero una persona molto cordiale e disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni e le indicazioni utili per un piacevole soggiorno.

Cristina è una persona gentile e molto disponibile. Ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli logistici. È stato un vero piacere trascorrere la vacanza nella sua villetta. Ci ha accolto personalmente e ci ha seguito in tutti gli spostamenti che abbiamo fatto. La sua dimora è molto bella , immersa in un oasi di serenità e pace. La consiglio vivamente.

Die Unterkunft von Riccardo ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen. Sehr sauber, gut gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch Riccardo ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, hat alle Infos rechtzeitig zukommen lassen, sehr detaillierter Beschrieb des Check-Ins, damit gar keine Fragen aufkommen - besten Dank Riccardo!

We really enjoyed our stay here and the conveniences it provided as a home base to explore Umbria. Laura was extremely communicative. She was helpful in making arrangements to store our bags ahead of check in and she provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Her flat provided incredible views and was as described in the listing. It was in a central location in the center of Perugia, which made everything including the mini metro easily accessible. Do recommend!

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Appartamento pulito, ampio e confortevole ,abbiamo alloggiato per cinque giorni e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Si trova in ottima posizione per raggiungere i principali luoghi turistici. Abbiamo apprezzato il posto auto riservato. Sicuramente da consigliare .

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa, tutto l’arredamento era bellissimo, per non parlare della vista che offre. È stato come sentirsi a casa. I servizi offerti erano svariati, una sorpresa è stata una cassettina bluetooth inaspettata. Veramente straordinaria esperienza, consiglio vivamente il soggiorno. Completa il tutto posto auto nel parcheggio vicino e un host veramente cordiale, gentile e con tante indicazioni utili.

Location spectacular. Right between St.Francis and St.Clares cathedrals. Close to Comune piazza for shopping and eating. Easy to get a cab as bus stop is a 5 minute walk. Michele was quick to respond to each message we sent her. When we locked ourselves out, she resolved the matter expeditiously. Having a cook top, microwave and dishwasher was a plus. Even though we did not need the pull out DOUBLE size sofa, it was nice to have a couch to relax on. Kitchen table great size for a family of four. Air conditioning works wonderful.

La posizione è fantastica, comoda per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi con una bella passeggiata di 15 minuti e con una splendida vista sulla città vecchia. Ottima l'accoglienza da parte di Angelo, che ringraziamo per la disponibilità e gli ottimi consigli. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni cosa necessaria, confortevole e tranquillo. Assolutamente consigliabile!
