Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli ed è veramente splendida in ogni suo aspetto! Non c'è dettaglio che non sia pensato, è una sistemazione davvero perfetta per tre persone. All'interno del salotto è presente anche la televisione, che non era indicata tra i servizi. Il camino, il biliardo, la vista sulla vallata hanno reso il nostro soggiorno unico. Speriamo di poter tornare al più presto.

Alex is an amazing host. She made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very Tuscan quaint and the location was wonderful for driving around Tuscany.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Soggiorno impeccabile, casa sempre calda al punto giusto sia di giorno che di notte, Sara ci ha offerto qualcosa per fare colazione che è stato molto apprezzato, le notti splendide nel mezzo della bellezza dei boschi e il silenzio. Il prezzo per un appartamento così è veramente buono, e sinceramente non vediamo l’ora di tornare, é stato triste dover essercene già andati, anche il cane ormai si era innamorato del posto! L'appartamento di Angela è al piano terra di un bel palazzo con parco di ulivi appena fuori dalle mura di Assisi. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la posizione, che consente di raggiungere il centro storico di Assisi a piedi, e la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nel parco della villa.

È stato un soggiorno breve, di 2 notti, però la casa è pulita e confortevole con tutto ciò che può servire, dalle attrezzature della cucina alla lavatrice per un veloce lavaggio. Facile e veloce arrivare nel centro della città, ottima posizione. Quindi grazie

Antonello went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free and relaxing. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable beds, the table was laid before we arrived for our convenience and he responded to all messages within minutes. Perugia is a beautiful city and we were so pleased we chose to stay here as the location was central to town, safe and easily accessible by public bus from the train station. Thank you Antonello for an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

L' appartamento di Simona , oltre ad essere a 2 passi dal centro storico di Foligno, è completamente ristrutturato, dotato di ogni confort, super pulito e davvero accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Super consigliato.

Apartamento muy conveniente para una visita a Perugia, especialmente si vas con coche. Gabriele es muy atento como anfitrión, y el apartamento está bien equipado, como aparece en el anuncio.

l'appartamento è su due livelli, ampio, dotato di aria condizionata. parcheggio vicino nelle vicinanze. zona comoda anche per raggiungere assisi in macchina o con l'autobus. sicuramente consiglato

Nicoletta er en fantastisk vert, som er rask og informativ i tilbakemeldingene sine. Leiligheten er ryddig og ren, og vi hadde en flott overnatting i koselige Perugia med gangavstand til det som er nødvendig for et besøk der. Vi kan trygt anbefale denne leiligheten.

Appartamento piccolo ma molto ben attrezzato, in posizione centralissima. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole soggiornare in un paese straordinario come Cortona.

L'appartamento è meraviglioso e dotato di tutto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla che permette di raggiungere in auto in pochi minuti sia Perugia che Assisi. Veramente perfetto!

Hugo nagyon kedves házigazda. Röplabda meccsre mentünk Perugiaba. A szállás ideális helyen van. Közel van a csarnokhoz, a központba nagyon egyszerű bejutni a minimetroval, aminek az állomása nagyon közel van a szálláshoz. Bármikor szívesen visszatérünk!

Alloggio inserito nel contesto di un villino in stile Liberty degli inizi del '900, con giardino e spazio comfort a fianco dell' appartamento. Bellissima veduta di Assisi e del monte Subasio. Possibilità di parcheggiare l' auto sul retro della casa.

This was our second time staying in this apartment. It's a wonderful location at the top of Assisi near parking, good food, and lots of sights. The views out over the northeast hills from the terrace, and using the rustic fireplace are highlights.

L'alloggio è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità. zero inquinamento acustico. vista meravigliosa. ambiente curato e una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, gentili e estremamente discrete. posizione strategica per visitare sia i villaggi del lago Trasimeno sia per visitare Perugia, Assisi e tanti altri posti. il borgo vicino è incantevole e si può fare la spesa di prodotti locali. per una spesa più complessa basta raggiungere il villaggio del lago (Passignano) e si trova coop e Conad. unico aspetto che va considerato è che l area è totalmente sprovvista di rete mobile. la casa è dotata di wifi però appena esci di casa anche solo per andare in piscina non hai modo di accedere alla rete. per chi come noi aveva voglia di staccare da tutto è stato un non problema. se invece avessi avuto bisogno di lavorare o essere reperibile va considerato. nel complesso per noi è stata una bellissima settimana di relax. vale la pena.

È una base perfetta per visitare le meravigliose Assisi, Perugia e i tanti splendidi borghi dell’Umbria, tutti facilmente raggiungibili. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gianmario, il proprietario, per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità nella comunicazione, e a Nazareno, il gestore, che ci ha accolto con grande calore e attenzione, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere l’Umbria al meglio!
