Schöne Unterkunft im Naturpark Frankenhöhe.

Entspannt euch in dieser Unterkunft. Ruhige Lage, mitten in der Natur. Zentral gelegen zwischen Rothenburg ob der Tauber und Dinkelsbühl der schönsten Altstadt Deutschlands. Idealer Ausgangsort für ihre Tagesausflüge. Oder einem Spaziergang im Naturpark Frankenhöhe und auch ein Badesee ist ganz in der Nähe. Unsere Unterkunft wurde ganz neu gebaut und liebevoll eingerichtet um unseren Gästen ein paar unvergessliche Tage zu bereiten. Ganz bequemer Zugang durch die eigene Haustüre mit Zahlencode.

Wir vermieten diese wunderschöne 70 qm Wohnung, welche mitten in Bad Mergentheim liegt. Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt sind es ca. 7 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein King Size Bett. WLAN ist vorhanden, ein 55 Zoll Fernseher (Smart TV) befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Ein weiterer Fernseher mit 50 Zoll befindet sich im Schlafzimmer, ebenfalls ein Smart TV. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden natürlich gestellt.

Gemütlich & ruhig wohnen

Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Hier kann man entspannen und arbeiten. Alle drei Zimmer sind mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und lädt zum kulinarischen Genuss ein. Unser Bad ist nagelneu und frisch renoviert. Wenn alle drei Zimmer bewohnt werden, muss ich, am Ende der Wohnung einmal durch den Flur huschen, um zu meinem Waschkeller zu kommen. Sollten nur zwei Zimmer vermietet sein kann dieser Bereich abgetrennt werden.

Die Unterkunft ist eine Einliegerwohnung mit ca. 65 qm im Erdgeschoss unseres Neubaus und ist 2019 bezugsfertig geworden. Schlafmöglichkeiten sind für bis zu 4 Personen vorhanden, Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Wir befinden uns am Ortsrand von Weikersheim an einem Hang mit herrlichem Panoramablick über das Vorbachtal. Bei schlechtem Wetter oder Dunkelheit tut's dann der große Fernseher im Wohnzimmer. ;)

Das Gebäude liegt zwischen der Jagst und dem Jagsttal Radwanderweg. Die Fewo ist im Dachgeschoß und hat ca. 90qm. Sie ist komplett eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer 1 hat ein Einzelbett und ein Doppelbett (160 cm), das auf einer Empore ist und über eine kleine Treppe zu erreichen ist. Schlafzimmer 2 hat ein 160 cm Doppelbett und Schlafzimmer 3 hat ein Einzelbett. Die moderne Küche ist mit ALLEM ausgestattet, was einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausmacht.

Unsere 30qm Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres 2022 erbauten Einfamilienhauses in Stuppach. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre, alles ist ebenerdig und ohne Stufen. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine (Pads) und Wasserkocher. Das Bett ist mit einer Breite von 1,20m nur bedingt für 2 Personen geeignet. Babybett und Hochstuhl erhalten sie auf Anfrage kostenlos.
