Beach house vacation rentals in Aspra

We liked it very much at Roberto's. He is super friendly and even picked us up in Piraineto and took us to the airport at the end of our stay. He also provided us with 2 bicycles. The apartment is large and also ideally suited for a long stay. The sea is very close, the beach is super nice and clean. Sandy beach! villagrazia, a small village, is also easily accessible by bicycle. There is everything there .... fishmongers, bakeries, butchers, bar, pharmacy, etc ... a supermarket that has quite a lot of organic products and it's really great that naturalbiologico is very close by. Roberto's mother, a very warm friendly woman who lives next door, even helped me learn Italian. We highly recommend this place.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We all absolutely loved Valeria’s home from the beginning. She is so warm and welcoming. Not overbearing and very helpful. We felt like we were staying with a caring family member. The home is expansive and has a terrific worldliness to it. From the balcony you can watch the world go by and then so easily engage with it. The most beautiful beach across the road. A fantastic gastronomical super deli within a 4 minute walk and a number of good quality restaurants nearby. The people of Mondello are wonderful and I would highly recommend this abode as a base for exploring Palermo and surrounds. We alternated between beach days and exploring days which suited the family perfectly. Do not hesitate to stay here. Thanks so much Valeria and Papa.

Maria and Her Husband are wonderful people. Very friendly and helpful. It was a great pleasure to stay at them. Apartment is also great - looks even better then on the photos. We really enjoyed our breakfast at the terrace. Highly recommended! We liked Mondello very much. We think we will go back there - probably quite soon.

We felt very comfortable from the first second. We were greeted in a very friendly manner. Our car could be parked on the house premises. We particularly liked the apartment or suite. We were able to stay very nicely and cozily on a roof terrace above it. If we come back to Palermo, we will gladly ask you again. Thank you for everything.

Delightful property, photos and description exactly matched anticipated, friendly & helpful hosts

We had an incredible two night stay at this beautiful house- we just wish we had longer! It was the perfect place for our group of five to stay for our final nights in Sicily before flying out of Palermo- the beds, bathrooms, and living area layout were so functional and made opinions stay easy and comfortable. Check in was easy- Laura was very communicative and Mary was very flexible meeting us when we were delayed and arrived later than we had planned. We got to meet Mary’s family as well and everyone was so kind and welcoming! The house was very private with beautiful gardens and rooftop terrace. Our kids loved playing in the fenced garden. It was an easy under five minute walk to two delicious restaurants, open for lunch and dinner! And, both were right on the crystal clear blue green water- it was amazing being so close. Everything was immaculately clean and well supplied, I can’t say enough about this place and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The stay was very pleasant and highly recommend. We had everything we needed there. He was so kind to provide things like coffee, Nutella, etc. Armando was very kind. We had our privacy and were able to enjoy the holiday very much. Thank you and wish you all the best .

This was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed at, and I am the kind of person that looks under the bed, or behind washing machine. It was clean behind washing machine. The rooms are spacious with tall balcony windows so plenty light, furniture although basic was brand new. Two wooden (so easy to clean and spotless) king size beds, one bed slightly softer the other slightly firmer which I prefer with my back problems. Fully equipped kitchen and clean kitchen. We felt at home straight away, wished we could stay longer. Thank you Antonella our most friendly and welcoming host that speaks english as well. The pictures of the apartment on Airbnb are not the best, reality is much better.

My boyfriend and I had a super vacation at this home! Cozy place and the small terrace were lovely and with beautiful views of the mountain and sea. There was a bit of loud music by the pool during the day which was a bit disturbing, but the beach is close and was lovely as a change. Ernesto is super sweet and helpful and picked us up and took us to and from the airport. In addition, he made recommendations for great experiences in Palermo city center - it's easy to get in there by bus from Mondello and we especially enjoyed it at night when the weather was “cool enough” to experience things; -) We were overall very satisfied! Highly recommended 🤗

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

Firstly this place is amazing!! From the personal greeting when you arrive (we arrived at nearly 11pm), fresh salad, fruit, vegetables, local honey, olive oil from the olive trees in the valley…every detail was covered in this little oasis. The villa had everything you needed and was cosy, the pool was amazing for a swim overlooking the the valley. Ute was always warm and friendly on hand for any advice of places to visit. Then there were the pets 2 or 3 cats (one of which called Mrs Sunshine took up residence with us for most of our stay) and the donkey and her donkey / horse cross daughter were a source of amusement during our break I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!!!

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

Everything was perfectly as advertised, perfect home for a family, super well equipped and central to visit the area. The hosts were super welcoming, responsive and flexible... thank you so much!!

Was very nice to stay.

We were very happy with the place. Plenty of space, nice location and very clean. Communication worked great. Without a car, it's a bit difficult to reach. Arriving at the accommodation, we had fresh bread, eggs, jam, a few other small things and of course Italian lemons on the table. Thanks for that We recommend it and would book again

We had a great time. The accommodation is very faithful to the description, with direct access to the beach and close to shops. Great bedding, linens a layout . Parking of the private and secure vehicle in a parking lot close to the accommodation thanks to Santo who allowed us to park for our entire stay . Simone gave us good advice and very attentive during our stay and always very available to answer our questions . In short, a big favorite ….

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

The best option to enjoy Sicily. Apartment was clean, cosy, with good air conditioner, big bathroom, soft bed and kitchen with everything we need. There is small, but beautiful beach nearby, bakery, pizzeria, two places with ice cream. The place is safe and calm, and nothing can disturb you (maybe except dogs, but they are on private territory, so it's OK). It is better to rent a car to see other places here, because Uber is quite expensive, and it is the only problem. During our vacation Salvatore told us a lot about the region, helped to chose places to visit and gave a tip about local cuisine, which is really great. The host was ready to help in any time and we are thankful for such an attitude.

We had a lovely stay at Marilena and Francesco's and we recommend it without a second thought. They were very discreet while remaining available if we needed them and flexible on our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is very well equipped, you will find everything you need there. Walking distance to the beach in 10-15 min. We didn't know exactly where we were going, but we were very pleasantly surprised by Mondello which is close to Palermo and much quieter. Note that there are a few dogs in the area. Recommended!

Loredana is a fantastic host! She responded right away when we requested a reservation. She checked in with us the day before our arrival. When she learned that we were arriving by train, she offered to pick us up at the station (not at all expected). She checked in with us once during our stay, just to make sure we were doing Ok. Upon our departure, she again offered us a ride to the train station. Her place, Casa "Al Plumbago," is absolutely beautiful! I can not over state the beauty of the view, and of the house itself. The photos don't do it justice. Be ready for lots of stairs, both in the house and getting to/from town. We had a rental car reserved for halfway through our stay. We opted to cancel it because driving and parking in Termini Imerese seem very stressful. We didn't miss having a car. The town itself has plenty of amenities, and the train station, a ten minute walk away, can take you anywhere on the north coast. We hope to come back one day and stay for a month!

Excellent hosts, amazing pool and overall a fantastic experience. The living room is much bigger than it looks in the pics. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay in Mondello. The accommodation was perfect for getting buses to Palermo, travelling to sites and for places to eat and drink in the evening.
