At a 20 minutes drive from Palermo city, it is a green oasis of calm and serenity, offering the luxurity of a swimming pool and a large private terrace with lounge, boarded by impressive vistas and deeply coloured sunsets. It has two comfortable bedrooms decorated with vintage sicilian furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Beach towels and beach umbrellas are also available.

Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.
