Great stay at Dario's XXL place! Spacious, great location in the center and close to the port. The surrounding streets are festive in the evening, but nothing more normal for a hypercenter. 🤗 Good bedding. 👍🏼 We would highly recommend it💯.

Even though I didn’t stay at Davide and Donatella’s place myself, my colleague Ismail did — and he said they were two of the kindest, most thoughtful hosts he’s ever met. Super helpful and easy to communicate with. They really go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The apartment is in the heart of Palermo’s historic Kalsa district, close to everything. It’s clean, quiet, comfy, with fast WiFi. Thank you, Davide and Donatella!

A wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Palermo. Loris was kind, helpful and flexible, allowing for an early check-in. The apartment was spotless with particularly comfortable beds and bedding, and it contains everything you'd need for a stay, whether cooking at home or not. It is in a fantastic district, close to many bars that are buzzing at night, but on a quiet street away from the hubbub. There is a lovely coffee shop next door, a supermarket five minutes' walk away and it is only 5 minutes to the harbour, or 10 minutes into the city centre. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 2.5 weeks at this flat, working during the week. It was an excellent space, really nicely designed and with all I needed for the duration. It’s really well located - right in the centre of the city, so walkable from great bars, restaurants and the energy of Palermo. Palermo is quite loud at night, and the double glazing on the windows is pretty good - but if you have trouble sleeping the centre of Palermo probably isn’t for you. The balcony is lovely and gets the sun most of the day - perfect for morning coffee. Everything worked and Gabriele was responsive and flexible, and helped whenever I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Francesco and his wife were adorable, very welcoming and discreet. The accommodation is located in a perfect location on the beautiful Mondello beach. Everything is accessible on foot or by bus, with Palermo 15 minutes away. Francesco and his wife gave us a guided tour of the city. We warmly recommend this listing!

Brigitte was very attentive and helpful to us. Her apartment was nicely laid out, had a large bathroom, and every cooking utensil you could possibly need. Across the courtyard is a very good restaurant called A’nicas - but be sure to make a reservation for dinner. Brigitte’s apartment is walkable to many places, including the Marina, Teatro Maximo, Ballerò Market, the Marionette museum, parks, shopping, and so much more. The neighborhood feels quite safe to stroll in the evening. We highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Paolo’s - one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Perfect location, with so many great restaurants and bars nearby - everything you want to see is a short walk away. The apartment is a stylish home away from home, so clean, comfortable and the balcony is perfect to watch the vibrant area. Highly recommend and hope to be back one day. Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

My boyfriend and I had a super vacation at this home! Cozy place and the small terrace were lovely and with beautiful views of the mountain and sea. There was a bit of loud music by the pool during the day which was a bit disturbing, but the beach is close and was lovely as a change. Ernesto is super sweet and helpful and picked us up and took us to and from the airport. In addition, he made recommendations for great experiences in Palermo city center - it's easy to get in there by bus from Mondello and we especially enjoyed it at night when the weather was “cool enough” to experience things; -) We were overall very satisfied! Highly recommended 🤗

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We all absolutely loved Valeria’s home from the beginning. She is so warm and welcoming. Not overbearing and very helpful. We felt like we were staying with a caring family member. The home is expansive and has a terrific worldliness to it. From the balcony you can watch the world go by and then so easily engage with it. The most beautiful beach across the road. A fantastic gastronomical super deli within a 4 minute walk and a number of good quality restaurants nearby. The people of Mondello are wonderful and I would highly recommend this abode as a base for exploring Palermo and surrounds. We alternated between beach days and exploring days which suited the family perfectly. Do not hesitate to stay here. Thanks so much Valeria and Papa.

Fantastic place for a trip to Palermo. Sitting outside looking over the beach was so lovely. Parking on the street in the evening was easy.

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

We recommend it!!! Apartment with terrace - superb views of the sea! The beach, almost private so few people, is really beautiful. The sand from the beach and the sea bottom is soft. Very comfortable apartment, we were 3 people. Personalized and warm welcome with little attention (Sicilian cookies). Only downside, the third bedroom with double bed is in a separate apartment. So the third person slept in a single bed to stay all 3 together in the living space. Also, the hot tub was defective (flowed and not clean). The owners are aware and intend to remedy the situation.

If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

I absolutely loved this place—it was exactly what I was looking for! The apartment is peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The internet connection is excellent, making it ideal for remote work. The neighborhood is charming, with small shops and plenty of restaurants serving delicious Sicilian cuisine. If, like me, you enjoy nature, there's a beautiful Nature Reserve just around the corner where you can fully appreciate the stunning landscapes of Sicily. Veronica and Marco are wonderful hosts—friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for local experiences and must-try dishes. Staying here was a fantastic experience, and I can't recommend it highly enough. You won’t regret choosing their place!

The property is a great starting point for day trips to Sicily. The good train connections to Palermo and the airport are an absolute plus. The house is quietly located in a residential area and the view from the roof to the sea is just great.

Very nice place, spacious yet cozy and comfortable, has everything you would need, close to the city center and parking, and has an excellent host.

This place is a gem that set a bar very high for any future reservations. Building itself is not exactly posh, but when you enter the apartment it's a totally different story. Modern look, modern standard, very comfortable with almost all amenities you can think of. Two bathrooms, very spacious living space - and two balconies with best views in Palermo. We could literally sit there for a long time and watch ships come and go, including those immense cruise behemots. Stunning views 24/7. When I come back to Palermo, this will be my default place to stay.

Our stay at Violetta's went well. We only stayed one night. We couldn't see her but everything was well indicated for a self-check-in. The night was a little noisy (very loud TV from the upstairs neighbor). Finally, we also had some concerns about the car and the location of the free spaces in front of the building. Violetta reassured us. The location is excellent for visiting Palermo.

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

For a small town there is lots of life! it was nice to see the park used by you and old. Great location away from the city but close enough for exploring. A well proportioned space with the expected services. A sun trap in the morning. Host was always on hand.

Marco's apartment was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Sicily. In the middle of the life of the Sicilians. That's exactly how we imagined Italy. Aspra is a small but by no means sleepy village. There is always something going on here, be it the fishermen who praise their catch, the Nonna who leads a chat across the street, or the men who drink an espresso in the corner pub. The location of the apartment is perfect. Just walk across the street and you're by the sea. There are 2 small beaches right there that are really wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at Enricos apartment. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to (a family with 2 boys 10 & 13) be very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect with just a short walk to beautiful and affordable bars and restaurants. Panificio Bakery below the apartment was the real Cherry on top when it came to having beautiful fresh pastries for breakfast on the spacious balcony. For those interested in the Culture & History of the Island Enrico provided perfect information of how to get there etc and was always very responsive if we needed a little help via text message. Mondello is an excellent base for a holiday to Sicily with good transport links everywhere. Finding free local parking close to the apartment for our hire car was easy. We give Enrico & his apartment 10/10 for everything and would definitely use it again. Thank you, Enrico, for everything.

Between azure waters and golden sunsets lies: Top location - at the port of Palermo. Workation was successful. Internet excellent. Supermarket in the corner. Food not so touristy. Super authentic.
