Fantastic house. Great views of the central picos from the terrace. Beautiful location. 5 minute walk to bars, shops and restaurants in Sotres. All of them are great. Pena Castil's Fabada is a must. Brilliant walks from the door step and all around. Highly recommend.

Disfrutamos mucho de la casa. Teresa respondía a cada consulta al instante. Su ayudante Loli siempre predispuesta y muy amable. La casa estaba bien equipada y disfrutamos mucho de la vista a los picos y poder usar la Barbacoa y el hogar.

La casa y la ubicación perfectas para relajarte y disfrutar de la naturaleza, y al mismo tiempo tienes Llanes a tiro de piedra. La casa es realmente acogedora y muy bonita, ni que decir de los desayunos en el exterior con esas vistas. La atención de Irene fantástica, siempre dispuesta para ayudar y nos ha solventado todo lo que le hemos solicitado.

The house is a fully renovated old village house in a very small and quiet village. It is well equiped and comfortable, and the view on the mountains is breathtaking. It is close to the heart of the park which is great to go hiking, and close to Arenas de Cabrales with all commodities. The hosts are super helpful and will give you all the recommendations you need for hiking, food, etc. We had a wonderful stay in Picos de Europea.

Liebe Lisa, lieber Nick! Danke, dass ihr uns so einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht habt! Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben- wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Alles war super sauber, in der Küche war alles da was man braucht. Für die Kaffeetrinker: es gibt eine Bialetti und eine Bodum. Toaster, Wasserkocher u. Mikrowelle sind auch da. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen waren beide immer sofort zur Stelle. Das Haus steht weit oben auf dem Berg, die Straße dahin ist schmal, steil und kurvig- aber alles asphaltiert und gut machbar. Die Aussicht ist mega- und es herrscht absolute Ruhe für die totale Entspannung. Sobald die geplante Erweiterung um den Spa-Bereich fertig ist- kommen wir gern wieder 😉 Ein Hinweis für Familien: das Kinderzimmer ist unten neben dem Eingang, das Elternbett (übrigens sehr bequem) steht oben (die Räume sind alle offen, Maisonett). Wir geben also eine klare Empfehlung❣️

Concepción es una anfitriona maravillosa! Fue muy fácil comunicarse con ella y se adaptó perfectamente a nuestra de llegada. Además nos recomendó rutas y restaurantes muy buenos de la zona. El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos y las vistas desde el dormitorio y desde la terraza son increíbles! Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable para alojarse y recorrer toda Asturias desde ahí, o bien para tener toda la tranquilidad que te ofrece Lastres! Un placer de lugar

Real place of peace in the middle of the farmlands and on the edge of the mountains. Great views to both sides from the house. Cooking in the kitchen with a view on the cows😎 inside everything is in good condition. Heating &cooling through airconditioning units. Really kind hosts, especially Antonio helped us out, since we had contact with him. You don’t need to worry about nothing.
