Monthly Rentals in Ascona

Joséfine was super sweet. Offered me earlier arrival and later departure - since I got a rainy week. She even had small touches and a multi-trip ticket for the bus in the studio. Communication was very friendly, timely and helpful. I would book with Joséfine again in a heartbeat.

The apartment with parking is very easy to find and is located on a quiet street. The apartment itself was also very quiet. Check-in is easy, after consulting with the landlady we were able to move in immediately upon arrival before the check-in time in Ascona (we came from Italy and made a stopover in Ascona). The apartment has been newly renovated, was very clean and included everything we needed. Questions to the landlord were answered after a short time. Within walking distance you can reach the center of Ascona. If you want it more comfortable, take the bus, the stop is practically at your doorstep. We will definitely rent this apartment again; we are often in Ascona.

Stefano’s apartment was a perfect place to stay in Ascona. It’s on a pedestrian-only street in the old part of town. Check in was easy. The apartment had everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Grocery store just a few minutes walk. Bus stop very close and buses were easy to use. Recommend a day trip to the Valle Verzasca, and a ferry ride to some of the towns in Italy. Stefano answered all my questions before our trip promptly and graciously. This is a wonderful place. If it’s available, you should book it!

We felt very welcome by Elena's warmth and reliability. Have amazed at the top furnished apartment in which many details were available, which is not self-evident (bread knife that cut well/Tupper in different sizes for leftovers/enough cutting boards/ bath towels in various sizes, etc.). You can also go on vacation without these details, but they also show appreciation. Definitely worth a stay.
