Welcome to this recreational paradise, 100 meters to Lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 1800s with barn, shed, storage, farmyard and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high up, surrounded by a large courtyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach, there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming dock, canoe, kayak and rowboat to borrow. Enjoy the beautiful Swedish countryside. Take a walk down to the lake Rottnen for a morning swim, or enjoy a long breakfast on the veranda. If you like hiking there are plenty of paths to follow and if you are lucky you will see an elk or deer. The house has a high standard with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the lake and landscape. Four bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and tv-room with Netflix.
