Wonderful year-round home. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoors space. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo traveler, business travelers and families (with kids). Car is needed as there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are located in Edane, to the town of Arvika 25 km. A shorter forest walk from the property to the lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Cozy cottage by the lake

We offer an entire summer cottage for relaxing. The cottage has a main building with a bedroom that sleeps a double bed, the cottage also has a kitchen with a gas stove, a wood stove, a fridge, a dining area, a wood fireplace and a couch. The guesthouse that is directly adjacent has two double beds. The summer cottage has solar panels and the ability to charge phones. There is a mole toilet inside, but we do not have running water. Drinking water, bed linen and towels we provide. The forest offers lots of berries and mushroom

Surrounded by hundreds of birch trees, this large villa is peacefully located, in the heart of Värmland. The house is located on a large nature plot, and has a modern standard and plenty of space. Lovely view and private jetty down by the sea. Rowboat, floating dock and own small child-friendly natural beach belong to the amenities. Two kayaks can be rented in the summer. Bikes for free lending for trips around the idyllic sea and in the immediate area. Enjoy a relaxing hot bath in the terrace's delightful hot tub. Year round!

Newly renovated guest house 15 minutes from Charlottenberg by the pond with room for 2. Shower, toilet and a bunk bed. A kitchenette with two hotplates, coffee maker and microwave. TV and WiFi. Please bring your own bed linen and towels, you are responsible for leaving the cabin in the condition you receive it. Unless you choose to extra order cleaning. Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. There's also a sofa bed available. A kitchen with two stoves, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. A bathroom with shower. Duvet and pillow are available to borrow. An air heat pump is available for both heating and cooling as well as a fireplace.

The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find food store, pizzeria and gas station (about 3km). If you want to experience the warmland idyll and the mysterious forests, you found the right place.
