Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100 meters to the lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 19th century with barn, herbre, stalls, pasture and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high, surrounded by a large farmyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

Cozy house by the water!

A summer paradise that also fits nicely on a winter day. The house is equipped with everything one needs. Kitchen, bathroom as well as a double bedroom. In addition to this, a sofa bed. There is also a guest cottage in the yard with two beds. The water is a stone's throw from the cabin. There is a canoe to borrow on site as well as a boat with engine that can accommodate 4-5 people for fishing trips and the like. It only takes 7 minutes by car into the city center in arvika.

The sleeping area features a spacious bed with a soft bedding set in neutral tones. Pillows of varying colors are arranged on the bed. Wooden walls and beams create a cozy ambiance, complemented by a small shelf holding books and candles.

Cosy private cottage with stunning view

Our cosy cabin near the woods, is located just outside the center of Sunne. A perfect spot for one or more nights while travelling around Sweden. You'll sleep next to the forest, 50m from our home, where there's always someone to welcome you. If you're lucky, you may spot moose and deer from your own private terrace. A brand new separate bathroom is located in the barn, about 50m away from the cabin. Pets are not allowed.

A spacious bedroom features a double bed with light-colored bedding and a single bed in the corner. Natural light enters through a large window, complementing the wooden flooring. A small desk and a lamp add functionality, while a striped rug offers comfort underfoot.
