Relax in this peaceful cottage of 50 sqm. The cottage is located only 1 mile outside Arvika. Forest and swimming opportunities are just a few meters away. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. There's also a sofa bed available. A kitchen with two stoves, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. One bathroom with shover. Duvet and pillow are available to borrow. An air heat pump is available for both heating and cooling as well as a fireplace.

The cottage is located on a quiet leafy street with a five minute walk to the center and train station. The cottage is cozy and well equipped but older as are the appliances and the water heater is a smaller model which is why we keep the price low. There is a sofa bed for two and a bedarmchair.

Our farmyard Budalen lies in the middle of the swedish forest. On our property is a small cottage - the "Vita Huset". The last piece of road are 10 km swedish gravel road, depending on wich direction you come from.
