The villa has just been renovated and is equipped with all appliances, a pool table, and a massage chair. The house is located in the mountains of the Sierra de Espadan, 38 kilometers from the beaches of Benicàssim, 8 minutes from the town of Onda, where you will find supermarkets, a market, pharmacies and shops. The flat it’s located in a 13 store building with elevator. It’s a residential area walking distance from Ruzafa neighbourhood. About 10 minutes. The area has free parking on the street.
