As soon as you get to the House Major72, you can see the private pool located in "es corral" the typical sunny patio in Mallorca. On the ground floor there's a living-room, toilet, complete kitchen with dining-table, laundry, outer dining area with BBQ, pool and solarium. On the 1st floor there's a hall and 2 spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The 2nd floor has a majestic double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living-room and private balcony. All the bedrooms have doors and a/c.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

“Ca sa padrina” is a stunning traditional house located in the popular town of Artà, in the North-East region of Mallorca. The house has belonged to the family since the 15th century and was completely refurbished in 2015. The result is absolutely outstanding, as the two floors combine modernity with Mallorca’s traditions in a unique urban environment. Beautiful beaches, as well as numerous golf and tennis clubs can be found nearby.

2 km outside the small village of Es Llombards/ Santanyi lies this small cosy finca for 2 persons. With a large living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, 2 people and toddler can spend a wonderful, peaceful holiday here. The outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options as well as sun and shade areas and an outdoor retro bathtub round off the comfort of the finca.

The spacious apartment is located in a quiet area, in the center of the medieval town of Artà. The very nice shopping street is within minutes walking distance. On the roof terrace there is a lounge that invites you can relax and offers a magnificent view of the church of San Salvador. The Mediterranean, Mallorcan style gives the house and the apartment a lot of charm.

A house-refuge for 2 people in the woods, next to the Llevant Natural Park. Intimate and quiet. You can enjoy a magnificent vacation in Mallorca, surrounded by nature and a 10-minute walk from the beautiful village of Artà. It is not prepared to accommodate minors or babies, nor are pets accepted as we have a dog, Noa, who is very sensitive!

There you will find numerous restaurants, cafés, boutiques, the beautiful plaza and the church of Sant Salvador. This is where the vacation can begin. Artá is an ideal starting point for hikers, culture enthusiasts and sun worshipers.
