Nice stay, the house complied with everything I said, great for barbecues and enjoying the pool and with all kinds of equipment for cooking and sleeping.

George and Lisa were excellent hosts who communicated quickly before and during our stay. They are warm and friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations for our stay. We were greeted by lovely welcome goodies which was a real treat. We love Alcudia old town and the roof terrace was a particular highlight with a glimpse of the sea and the lovely old roofs of Alcudia. A good sized apartment for the 4 of us with adequate cooking facilities for our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

We wanted to enjoy our late summer in Mallorca, close to the beach near Palma. The house was really very nice. Despite some hotel balconies, the outdoor area was very nice and cozy as it is built above the garage. We felt very safe, but still present. The house was tastefully clean! The amenities such as washing machine or the large kitchen are also very good! We would come back anytime. The shop can be reached in 12 minutes on foot, the beach in 5 minutes. Restaurants can also be reached quickly and the evening beer is also a maximum of 15 minutes walk away :). Our stay with Miguel was wonderful. The apartment is top, super equipped and very clean. Communication with Miguel was straightforward and very friendly. The location of the apartment just on the promenade is a dream. I'm sure we'll be back.

Very comfortable apartment just a short walk to the beach. We spent one night there, it was a pleasant stopover. Emanuela is very responsive and accommodating.

Highly recommendable apartment! It has all what is needed for a family stay. The neighborhood and the complex itself are calm with restaurants and shops and 2 beaches within short walking distance. Catalina is super friendly and easy to talk to. On the arrival day she even provided with a "start pack" of some food, water and wine which was great for our late night arrival. Thanks a lot!

We felt very comfortable. The place is exactly as described, very clean and we immediately felt at home. The highlight is the large balcony with a roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea (sea only from the top) The bed is very cozy and the apartment has top amenities. The water pressure and temperature are also great. We would come back anytime :) Definitely recommend!

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The apartment was great and exactly how described and shown in photos. Pool area is a great bonus, just unfortunately a bit too cold for our family to enjoy this time of year! Highly recommend this place, with really responsive hosts 😊

It’s difficult to put into words how magical Fornalutx is, as well as this property. Neil and Julie provide the perfect retreat for the soul- great amenities, recommendations, easily accessible to all surroundings, the list goes on. I will recommend their booking a thousand times over. We cannot wait to return!!

We were 4 adults and 4 kids between 3&9. Everything was perfect. The spiral staircase in the apartment can only be used with young children.

We felt very comfortable, the proximity to the village and beach is impressive, but we also liked the apartment itself. The pictures give a very suitable impression! The hosts were always available and check-in was also straightforward via cell phone. One point deduction for partly dirty dishes in the cupboard and holey bedding - no drama, but both don't have to be. Shortly before Easter there were some construction sites in the immediate vicinity, but that happens.

Great apartment right next to the beach and multiple restaurants. Very communicative hosts that almost instantly answered any question we had! Highly recommended!

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

It was just fine to stay at Maxim's apartment. His son Akim showed us the apartment and gave us helpful information for our first day in Alcudia. Heating was still needed, and it worked fine. We can recommend this apartment and might visit again.
