The apartment is located 10 minutes away from transportation that takes you to the center of Madrid in less than 15 minutes. We're a very cheerful family and love the idea of meeting people and making their stay enjoyable. The room also has a TV, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Cooking, using the refrigerator and washing machine are allowed.

It is a very clean, tidy and quiet house. The room has a 1.35 cm wide bed to rest and a comfortable sofa to do some kind of computer work. In summer, in the months of June, July, August and September, the room has air conditioning. An additional fee will be charged if you require this service upon arrival at the apartment. It is not mandatory, only if you wish.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Very well connected, connected to the different modes of transport: Cercanías C5 (stop: Mostoles Central), MetroSur L12 (stop: Móstoles Central), Buses L1, L4, L5, 519, 520, 521, 523, 525, 526, 527, 498 etc... 5 minutes from Dia, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets. It's a room without an elevator.

Very comfortable single bed, quiet, with lots of natural light. It is located 25 minutes from Atocha, 1 hour from Sol, a few minutes away from bus stops, within Fuenlabrada and other municipalities. I have pets, small dog sometimes stays a kitten. If you plan to study or work, this is a perfect place due to its peaceful surroundings.
