Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Parres

Loved staying here. I studied in Oviedo many years ago and always loved this area in the old neighborhood. This is an amazing location right in the heart of casco viejo close to so many great spots. The apartment was clean as can be, well stocked with necessary items, and perfect layout. Check in was effortless and great with recommendations. Awesome building with kind neighbors who would hold the door open for you. Oviedo is one of the best places in all of Spain. This is an excellent location and value for money. Would 100% stay here again.

Fuimos un par de noches mi pareja y yo para desconectar un poco y, la verdad, es que es un lugar ideal para ello. Planta baja de una casa de dos pisos con un pequeño jardín y unas vistas impresionantes. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y es muy cómodo. Limpieza excepcional y la comunicación con Lara de diez. No nos hizo buen tiempo pero el pueblo es un remanso de paz y tiene multitud de rutas de senderismo para admirar el paisaje. Sin duda repetiremos!!!

El apartamento de David nos pareció muy agradable, limpio, tranquilo y excelentemente equipado. Todo muy cómodo. No nos faltó de nada. David se mostró muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Leider konnten wir fast nie an der Strasse parkieren da alle Parkplätze immer besetzt waren. Wir mussten ca. 7min (Fussweg) parkieren. Ansonsten war alles wirklich perfekt!

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! Muy amables tanto Sushi como Marcelino. Nos recibieron con una cálida bienvenida y nos facilitaron el transporte de las maletas a la estación. También nos facilitaron información de la zona y estaban ahí para cualquier cosa. Agradable estancia.

Hemos estado 5 días en el apartamento y ha sido fantástico Muy bien ubicado, tranquilo y al lado de la playa Fácil conexión por carretera para moverse por Asturias Para repetir!

Eine tolle Unterkunft an den Toren zu den Picos. Rosanna ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit allen Infos versorgt hat, die wir brauchten. Die Wohnung war gemütlich, der Balkon wunderbar und wir haben uns so ein bisschen wie ein Teil des Dorfes gefühlt. Das Dorf ist sehr schön eingebettet in das Tal und noch ziemlich ursprünglich. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Marcos es muy buen anfitrión. Llegamos tarde al alojamiento pero él nos esperó hasta que llegamos y nos explicó todo con amabilidad e incluso nos ayudó a buscar algo de cena. La casa es tal y como viene en las fotos. Es un sitio a las afuera de Gijón pero muy tranquilo e íntimo. La casa estaba limpia, la cama cómoda, todos los utensilios necesarios y más en la cocina. Todo moderno y nuevo. Muchas gracias Marcos

La casa del molino es un lugar ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad con familia y amigos! El pueblo es muy bonito, y Ana fue muy amable en comentarnos todos los sitios tanto para comer como para hacer paseos, hay de todo! Sin duda lo mejor es levantarse por la mañana y desayunar en el jardín con vistas al río y las montañas! Una casa mágica ✨ Ojalá repitamos pronto!!

Una estancia fantástica. Éramos un grupo familiar y lo pasamos muy bien. Tenia todo lo necesario y la casa estaba reformada y estupenda. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Además nos dejo un detalle de bienvenida. Repetiría sin dudar.

Perfecto para un finde de ski. A pocos minutos de San Isidro. Calentita, acogedora y con todo lo necesario. Por parte de los anfitriones todo fueron facilidades, buena disposición y amabilidad. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

Un lugar encantador. La casa, distribuida en tres niveles es estupenda para pasar una larga temporada. En la zona inferior una cochera, salón social y de juegos totalmente equipada en la que tienes una zona de expansion para jugar con los más pequeños.... Un baño completo y la lavandería En la planta baja, un salón impecable, cómodo y con todo tipo de utilidades (Google Home, Netflix...), una cocina en la que no falta un elemento (incluso fruta y café...) tres dormitorios (dos de matrimonio y uno doble individual) y un baño completo. Todo limpio y organizado y con una decoración agradable. La guinda un porche encantador con barbacoa y cesped.... En la planta superior dormitorio de matrimonio y buhardilla con dos camas individuales. De broche una piscina de sal climatizada que da mucho juego Le sumas a un anfitrión que se se vuelca en facilitarte las cosas.... y tienes un sitio de ensueño en el que un puente de 4 días se queda corto. Volveré, para más tiempo...

Propietarios amables y una vivienda cuidada como una tacita de plata; adecuadamente surtida de enseres de cocina, y muy limpia. Muy recomendable.

Es una pedazo de casa para ir a pasar el fin de semana y disfrutar de la tranquilidad con los amigos o con quien sea. Pd: Nos hicimos amigos del burro.

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

Estuvimos muy bien. La descripción se ajusta a lo que encontramos. Tanto Mario como Lili fueron muy agradables y un encanto. Sitio recomendado. Quedamos muy satisfechos!

Had a great time. Jamie's place was perfect for our needs. Only a short walk into Potes, was actually closer than we thought. All in all would highly recommend.

Wir haben wunderbare 10 Tage in Asuns Wohnung verbracht. Ein sehr persönlicher herzlicher Empfang. Uns wurde ein Parkplatz frei gehalten und Asun hat uns in die Wohnung begleitet, um uns alles zu zeigen. Die ganze Kommunikation lief großartig. Auch anfängliche Probleme mit dem WiFi wurden so schnell wie möglich behoben. Die Wohnung selber ist genau wie beschrieben. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick durch all die vielen Fenster, den wir immer wieder so sehr genossen haben und eine sehr gemütliche Einrichtung. Auch die Ausstattung war großartig - Asun hat an so viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht, so dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen herzlichen Dank- wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Appartamento perfetto per le nostre esigenze, confortevole, spazioso, ben equipaggiato, pulito ed in ordine. Posto auto nello stabile comodo e con facile accesso all’ascensore interno. I nostri bambini hanno apprezzato molto la cameretta fornita di alcuni giochi. Host gentile, sempre disponibile e reattivo. Utilissimi i consigli per visitare la regione e per i pasti. Luanco è un paese costiero molto carino e comodo come base per esplorare la regione.

Absolutely perfect accommodation for a couple. Phenomenal sea and white water vistas, perfectly located and walkable to everywhere. Excellent coffee and coffee maker…enough for our 6 day stay! We have already re-booked it for this September. 5 Stars!

We stayed here for four months, and it was the best rental experience we've ever had. If you want to see the incredible landscapes of Llanes, this apartment is in the perfect location to explore them. It’s very safe, clean, and well-maintained, and the host is incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved absolutely everything about our stay!
