Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.
