This is a great condo on the 3rd floor in Bridges Bay, Newport Bridge building. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an awesome view of East Lake Okoboji! Receive 6 daily passes to the indoor water park and outdoor pool with swim-up bar. A swimming pool is also located just outside our building; direct views of the pool from our deck. Bracco & Waterfront restaurants, arcade and fitness center in walking distance. Experience a family friendly, spacious condo with a feeling of home while on vacation!

Clean, quiet, spacious flat with a view of East Lake Okoboji. Gilbert Park across the street, a short walk to downtown Spirit Lake, and only 4 blocks from the bike trail. This apartment has it's own unique flair with a beautifully updated walk-in tile shower, kitchenette, big screen tv, wi-fi, 1 bedroom queen bed, and a den with a full-sized futon. This apartment is perfect for the professional looking for a monthly home away from home. This is NOT a party house.

Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park. We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Our suites are named after locations on West Lake. You would be staying in Echo Bay. This is a 1 queen room with everything provided. It has a small living room with a smart tv and cable tv. There is a couch and 2 chairs so you can relax after a day at the lake. There is a kitchen with a microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds), toaster oven.

Center Lake Retreat Entire Lower Level Walk Out

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.

Nice space, close to the lakes!

Two bedrooms with an additional pullout couch. Close to East Okoboji Lake, the splash pad at Memorial Park, and downtown shoppes and restaurants. Space for on street parking or off street parking in the back. No centralized air conditioning, but one window unit in the dining area and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Great for families!

We LOVED Jesse's place. It was clean, comfy, safe and has everything we needed. Comfy beds, upscale bedding, fluffy towels and really nice furniture. You can tell he put a lot of effort into the decor and amenities. I give this place a 10 out of 10! We're already talking about coming back next year! He's very responsive, texts back very quickly.

We had a great stay at the upper gar, was extremely clean and well furnished. We were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Kids area was perfect for my littles so they felt like they had some space to play. Can’t see through the images but there are stairs right up to the landing of the kids area so we needed to block the stairway. Sherri was super helpful and responsive, always kind. Would recommend, we are looking to book again this/next summer!

Our family felt right at home. They had full accommodations, everything we needed as if staying at our own home. Everything was clean and functional. Being it is a basement apartment, you can occasionally here them walking on the upper floor, so hopefully we weren't to loud for them! Their stairs to the entry door were difficult for our grandmother, but Jesse accommodated by allowing us to walk through their yard on the opposite side to avoid the stairs. Would definitely stay again at this location.

First time doing ABNB. I actually canceled a king room at a hotel to stay here for the same price! We had a beautiful, clean, homey 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen! The location was perfect and easy to find. The rooftop patio was nice to lounge around at the end of the day. The whole building/rooms were decorated, clean, and comfortable. It felt like home away from home! Definitely will stay again next time we're in Okaboji! Thank you!

Condo at the heart of it all

This is a great condo in a great location for the Arnold’s Park/Lake Okoboji area. Clean, spacious and accommodating condo with clean rooms, bedding and towels. Despite a very busy weekend in the heart of the community, the condo was quiet and felt incredibly private. Highly recommend this property!

Matt was great and very helpful. It was a very nice place, but it wasn’t very convenient to get to for unloading and loading our bags and supplies. Great view. Nice grassy area off the patio. Parking was not great. Overall a thumbs up.
