A luxury!! You have everything you need for a family vacation. We went with my wife and two kids. The location is excellent, steps from Rua das Pedras, Orla Bardot and with easy access (we took Uber) to all the beaches of Buzios. Very safe place!! Luiza was always attentive to everything. The apartment's patio is really enjoyable. Highly recommended!! We'll be back.

My stay was excellent! The host was extremely helpful from start to finish, always available to answer questions and willing to help with whatever was needed. Communication was quick and clear, check-in was smooth and the place was exactly as described, clean and well-equipped. I was very pleased with the experience and would definitely come back. Quiet stay. Great apartment, in a quiet area. Very close to the dune beach, which for us was one of the most beautiful.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

This was our sixth time staying at Gustavo's place and we love it every time. Wonderful location, great house, safe condominium, good A.C. in every room, amazing outside / churrasqueira area, very close proximity to the beach. Gustavo is a great host and is clearly always working on improving and upgrading the home. He replies quickly to any messages and is always willing to help. The only problem is having to come back home when the stay is over.

The house is exceptional, as advertised. Very clean and organized place. It has all the necessary utensils. Maurício the caretaker is very proactive. Veronica and Katia help with cleaning and cooking meals, very well by the way. They made the stay similar to a hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, everything working well, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue, shower heating, hot tub, etc. The house even offers some beach items, such as a cooler and chairs.

The stay was really amazing and the expectations were already very high. The house is even better in person, the view is breathtaking, the whole house is very large, spacious, well equipped, well lit and well decorated, with incredible views in almost every environment, in addition to easy access to the beach. The whole service part is also very good and agile, communication flows very well throughout the process, and Saiuri, the housekeeper, is a sweetheart, keeps everything tidy and prepares meals as previously agreed, all very tasty. The experience was wonderful, as constructive feedback I leave only two points: The wi-fi in the house is very weak and limited, it does not reach the entire house, which ends up being bad for those who need to work, for example. The fees charged separately (as stated in the listing) make the process a little tiring, it would be more practical to already have the maintenance/electricity and water service included in the stay.

The incredible house, super comfortable with facilities to really enjoy, the beautiful environments, the two kitchens (quincho and main) with all the utensils and more made cooking simple, even a dishwasher, we loved everything and not to mention Dany's attention, who with his service let us enjoy the holidays without even thinking about cleaning the house, room service and breakfast ready to wake up, it was worth paying extra money to enjoy that too. In short, we spent a few 5-star days, thank you friends, it makes you want to come back always!!
