Super cozy place, clean, tidy, felt right at home!! Well-located, well-structured. Lucia foo very responsive and polite. She made everything very clear and was helpful. I highly recommend it and plan to come back again for sure!!

Very happy with the place I chose to stay. I would definitely choose it again. I want to highlight the attention of the people who work in the inn as they gave me help and were always attentive. Very rich breakfast. And easy access to the beaches, if you like walking or uber or bus.

The space had had that we needed and was in line with the announcement. Communication was easy from the beginning. It was a great cost/benefit!

The house is spectacular, Marcelo is a great host as well! The only 4 star I gave was regarding the few meters to arrive the house, it was a bit muddy, so I needed to be very careful driving over there.

The stay at the inn was excellent, the host Mr. Sergio is a very friendly, helpful and attentive person. The reception was great, the beaches are very close and easy to access. Búzios is a wonderful city. I hope to be back soon.

This was our first Air bnb experience and we were positively surprised as we were extremely well received by the hosts and their beautiful dog (Paris) who were not only very polite but also affectionate and dedicated to leaving us always well attended and comfortable. The house is very comfortable, well decorated and cozy. Very well served breakfast, with great variety. Excellent location very close to a beautiful beach and allowing tours that we did by Uber with very affordable prices. We definitely plan to come back another time!

The place is just as described, located 5 minutes away from Prainha and Praia Grande. The staff is very kind and friendly and offered us different tours, they also gave us recommendations and tips to enjoy Arraial during our stay. Good value for money

A very nice inn, I loved how quiet there was, how familiar my stay felt... Rafaella and the girls who are there, some sweet, nice and very helpful, always at disposal. The location is perfect to be away from downtown and close to a beach... I definitely choose them again when I return to Buzios...

We loved the place, very tidy and clean the facilities, the breakfast is very rich and it should also be noted that the location was incredible, very close to rua das piedra to be able to go out at night, very calm. We arrived late at night in Buzios around 01:30 in the morning and we had no problem getting in at that time. I recommend it 100%

I loved the stay, Mr. Nelio was very attentive, he was super welcoming to me and my boyfriend !! Jheniffer is also very attentive. I loved the inn, everything was extremely clean and organized !! Everything is very beautiful, I will definitely return more times ❤️❤️❤️

Our stay at Casa Proa was wonderful, I totally recommend it. Gabriel and Patricia are excellent hosts, always attentive to our needs and with a very warm and friendly treatment. We went with our 3-year-old and were very patient with her. We were 5 minutes from Geribá beach walking and about 15 minutes from Ferradurinha beach walking. To the other beaches we were Uber and we would take 15 to 20 minutes approx. They also lent us quitasol and chairs to take to the beach since everywhere they charge for passing those things. The sector is very quiet and safe, with places nearby to eat but we preferred to eat at Casa Proa because Patio cooked very rich and the terrace is very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was the best because we got up and everything was ready and fresh. Also water, coffee and tea were available all day long. ¡Would definitely stay at Casa Proa again if we go back to Buzios! 🫶🏼🙌🏻

Everything's great, not a complaint! Excellent cleanliness, always responding to my messages, good area, with bars, supermarkets and everything you need nearby! The only thing missing for me is a little anafe, but it doesn't take that everything there was excellent 😃 I would choose again!

Great location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff at all times. What we liked most with my friend was the amazing breakfast!!! One of the best I've ever seen. Variado and everything fresh. Definitely a beautiful place that I will stay there again when I return to Brazil. Great choice
