Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Nearby are shopping outlets, a winery, glass blowing studio, and state parks. No WIFI or cell service.

Double doors lead out over a catwalk to the elevated boat deck with diving board. 11ft cantilever rotating umbrella can cover the hot tub and fire pit table. There is a fireplace for cozy evenings & 5.1 surround sound home theater in the front room.
