Bed and breakfast! Bedroom #3 will provide you comfortable sleep. This is a pet friendly house and I have one dog and a cat! 🐈‍⬛ Shared bathroom is located upstairs level and hopefully we will build one in your level soon! Ski Cooper is 15 min drive and Copper Mountain ski resort is just 25 min drive from our house. Hiking trails and disk golf court are walking distance. town of Leadville is only 3 min drive! Beautiful spot! Family owned little farm. You can tell the owners really value the space and take pride in what they do. We gathered they have a lot of respect from the community of Salida. We also noticed they had some awards up from participating with their goats in Denver’s parade of lights for multiple years! There were goats, alpaca, chickens, ducks and a cow. The goats and cow were munching on Christmas trees recycled from people in town :) They were so cute and friendly. We also really appreciate how dog friendly the owners are. Their dog even played with ours in their off leash dog play area. The breakfast was delicious and fresh from their farm. We didn’t get a chance to try the hot tub because we were only there one night. We absolutely loved it and are already planning our return for a longer stay! If you’re an animal lover who is looking for a serene getaway with hospitality, this is the place for you!!!

Great location to unplug, relax, enjoy the quiet surrounds, the beautiful lake views, and be hosted by a truly lovely couple. The location has a lovely country/remote feel, but is only about 45 mins from Little Rock. The room is a great size for a couple of people (we had two small dogs as well), very well presented and comfortable for chilling out, and the balcony has 180 degree views of the lake. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful every day, with great company and good, friendly chats. We really enjoyed a week away from the hustle and bustle of life and relaxing at this lovely spot!

We had such an incredible trip! The location is gorgeous and decorations are very quaint! While a little difficult to find from google maps, once we got there everything was fantastic. Kathy was very nice and attentive. They also made us breakfast in the mornings and it was delicious. Overall our experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to anyone else!
