Condo vacation rentals in Arkansas River

This was a great location. Beautiful view of the lake from the back porch. Very quiet and serene. And not a long drive into Branson! It was perfect for our family to get together.

Mark's place was in a nice quiet spot by the water. It is a very well put together condo with great amenities and furniture. He was very informative about his place so getting in and leaving were very easy.

Kim was very responsive. when we had issues with our gate code they were on top of it and got us in quickly. The air BNB was so peaceful I slept better there than I do in my own home.

We really enjoyed our time. Easy to get to town, but in a quiet area. Enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable and the space worked great for our group.

Sarah’s place was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean which is very important to us. She was very responsive to all my questions. Definitely will stay with her again.

I have stayed in multiple places Lynda rents out. Every stay has been great and a breeze. They always look like the photos and have a great location. When next summer runs around I will defiantly be staying with Lynda again

Very good condo. My wife raves about the bed, says it was her best sleep in weeks. Pointe Royal is great. Kids loved both of the pools. I love the security of a gated community. I’m disabled and the step free entrance was fantastic. I do wish, however, that there were grab bars by the toilets or at least in the shower. (Nearly fell twice in the shower.) The condo was a good size except for the kitchen. Definitely a one butt kitchen. The decor was pretty dated but I didn’t rent it for the design aesthetic. I also wish it had a Keurig or other pod coffee maker, for convenience sake. (I’m the only coffee drinker) The owner, Carol, was super attentive. She responded to all of my texts within seconds - not minutes, I was super impressed by that. My daughter and I clapped for the golfers as we watched them walk up the fairway from the balcony. It was a nice little bonding experience. I also wish there was a disability parking spot for our building, the nearest one was over 300 ft away

We LOVED our stay! It was very clean. I was a little worried since this rental allows pets but it was extremely clean and smelled nice. It had everything we needed and more. I loved the back deck and it was the perfect coffee spot. The condo was walking distance to the clubhouse to take the kids to the pool. All the beds were comfy as well. We will definitely be back. The very small things I would say that I would love to see is the bathrooms had magnetic stoppers and I wish the bedrooms did too bc the kids bedroom door kept closing on its own. The other thing is the step up to the main steps was a little dangerous. Everyone tripped on it often. Maybe some paint notifying there is a step up. We are still thankful for a lovely stay. First I must start by saying, this place is a great value! For what we paid during Spring break, it's A 5 STAR RATING! Perfect location for skiers. Fair $. Great use of space. My husband, at 6'4" and over 300 lbs, the short ceilings were a little funny to him but it did not affect his comfort. Jamie has done a great job providing lots of comforts, maximizing living space and that the loft area has its own full bath is awesome! My only criticisms: 1) the beds and pillows could be better so I would just bring my pillow from home next time. The bed creaked and squeaked every time my husband turned but that would not stop me from coming back since the price is fair. 2) Mnt. wifi, UGH! But not Jamie's fault. Hints: You may want to bring some sandwich baggies. Also, showers have a 3-in-1 soap (conditioner, shampoo, body all in one) so you might want to bring a little conditioner. To finish, it's a great place, fairly priced and Jamie is so responsive. We would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo had amazing views of Table Rock Lake and was very close to area attractions. We also enjoyed the walking path to the lake. We will definitely book again when we come back to Branson.

Great stay on the lake! It was nice to sit on the patio and watch the storm roll in. Would certainly stay again when in Hot Springs area.

John’s place was beautiful! Very clean with modern updates. The condo had everything we needed. Great location that’s close to shopping and restaurants. Nice seating area on the deck with table and bbq grill.

Home as just perfect for me and my husband. If you bring another guest with you has a beautiful big spare room. Everything was perfect. Close to to downtown hot springs.

Has a partial lake view from porch, in a great location in relation to the lake and easy to get to. It was a great weekend stay for a getaway!

It was perfect such a fun artistic environment! Slept well, comfortable beds! Host was very good at communicating promptly! Would stay again!!! Loved the funky chairs!!!

A fantastic getaway spot!! 2 decks to enjoy the lake view! lots of room for a comfortable stay. the amenities were amazing! hot tub, in door pool, a fireplace in the pool area, 2 saunas, games in the guest house, tennis courts...the list just keeps going!! Overall 10/10!! ❤️

Nice place, clean, easy communication with the host. Great lake views, close proximity to Kroger and the restaurants. WIFI is good enough to check emails, weather, etc. Kitchen equipped properly if you need to cook. AC and appliances are in a great shape.

The place was so big and well kept up. When we didn’t know what the condo number was he called us right away and told us directions. The view was nice and a great location. We all enjoyed ourselves. Beds were comfortable, lots of room. Would definitely recommend the place to other people
