Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Summit Hill Gardens Cottage, a little bit of paradise, is a place to enjoy solitude, peace and quiet. Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.

This nearly hidden cottage in the woods (completed in June 2019) is perfect for a small family, two or three couples enjoying a lake vacation together, or several friends connecting simply to hang out. Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.
