This is a lovely cabin in the woods - sitting next to my home.( about 150 feet away) The area could be described as "rustic"- insofar as it IS the Oklahoma Osage Hills- 20 miles via a nice drive into Tulsa. Also about 45 minutes from Pawhuska, Oklahoma, home of the Osage Nation - and the Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond. The view is overlooking the Osage Hills of Oklahoma. You can be as private as you want, or hike, drive to the lake, kayak. Peaceful and serene. Perfect for rural- loving folks.

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate one additional guest. Pack-n-play available upon request. Please note: the bed and ceiling above it are low to the ground. Persons with mobility issues might prefer another property. The location is in our backyard.

A private "duplex" style unit: full bathroom, stocked kitchen, living area, queen bedroom, outdoor deck space, bike wash, and woodsy backyard that connects DIRECTLY to Bella Vista's Back 40. Women of the Woods is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes.

Quaint little country spot. 80 acres to take a walk, feed the goats, and enjoy yourself in a very laidback setting! This space is a guest house located directly behind a main residence. However the owner will respect your privacy and will not bother you. You have free access to walk, roam, hit golf balls and let your pets run.

This 352 square foot modern studio boasts an exceptional outdoor living space. Sit on the porch with your morning coffee before you head out for adventure and keep an eye out for the deer that feel right at home on our 40 acre property.

The Nest - Luxury Cottage in Charming Locale

Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace. The cottages are located just off Lover’s Lane. Take a stroll, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.
