Guesthouse vacation rentals in Arkansas River

I had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's sweet cabin. It was warm and cozy, with everything I needed to settle in each evening. I was out all day and looked forward to coming back at night. The cabin had a good hot shower, a full kitchen and a comfortable bed with soft quilts and plenty of pillows. I slept well and woke to a family of deer walking by the deck in the early morning. I would definitely come back again.

What a wonderful place! Before we arrived Debbie got ahold of us asking when we might arrive. She asked because if we were arriving after dark they wanted to leave lights on for us, very considerate. Upon arrival Debbie greeted us and showed us how to use the hot tub, turning on and adjusting jets, adjusting the heat, opening and closing the cover. On the first night of our stay there was a power outage. They hooked up a generator and were able to restore power to the lights and tv. Before they were able to get the generator going they brought us flashlights and a small battery powered light we could hang on the wall. The place matched the pictures online perfectly, it was exactly what we expected. The only exception was the flowers weren’t blooming but it’s February 😁. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable, the hosts were awesome, the hot tub was fantastic and we very highly recommend staying with Deane and Debbie. They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home!

Jack’s cottage exudes a peaceful, simple elegance in a tranquil wooded setting. Jack’s private residence and the cottage are at the end of a cul-de-sac in a lovely subdivision featuring winding roads, rolling hills, large lots and mature trees. I loved having the bedroom windows open at night and hearing nothing until morning when the birds would begin singing. The idyllic setting I just described is an easy 10 minute drive to the center of Fayetteville with shops and restaurants. The interstate is even closer. If I ever find myself in Fayetteville again, I would definitely seek out Jack’s cottage again!

Hands down cleanest Air BnB I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Not to mention, they have thought of everything and what you’re getting for the price is phenomenal. It’s a little further from downtown than I would have liked but wow, so worth it for the beautiful space. Love the outdoor area complete with fire pit.

Travis was very welcoming and the guest house was wonderful. Perfect for our soldier's family day!

A nice little place for a quick 1 night stay. The beds were VERY soft and comfortable! It was a bit odd that the bathroom didn't have a sink, but there was a sink available outside the bathroom door right there in the kitchen area. This place suited our needs and was clean and comfortable. I would recommend.

I stayed here before. I also stayed at one of Kim's other places. She showed me a new place as well. I appreciated the no cleaning charge. I sure hope people treat her places nice so she and her husband can keep offering the same. Good luck Kim!

Laura's spot is a gem near beautiful natural sites. Close enough to a little town to be convenient. The quaint, rustic apartment checked all the boxes & was a lovely place to lay low for the winter. Laura puts lots of TLC into her place & is very kind & responsive. Highly recommend.

This casita was perfect for our little visit. The outside patio was my favorite part of the space, it gets perfect sun in the morning for a cup of coffee on the patio. Plus the coffee set up was top notch. The kitchen was stocked for cooking, and the bed was comfortable and warm. Definitely would stay again on a return visit to Santa Fe! Very cute casita!

We absolutely loved our stay. We felt like we were in a treehouse in the woods. Very quiet and private. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be back. Allen and Rebecca are wonderful hosts.

It was a wonderful get away for me and my partner, the place is cozy, inviting, and well maintained. Kris was fantastic with communication and we felt very welcome.

Frank was amazing! Very friendly and the cottage was very homey. I really liked the hot tub and the fact it was 4/20 friendly as well. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet as well. Also check in and the check out was well explained and easy. Will be going back again!🩷

The cottage was closer to the house than we preferred, but my sister and I had privacy. The hot tub was also closer to the house than we realized. Host was friendly & place was cute! Perfect overnight getaway from the kids & hubbies!

Camille's place was honestly one of my favorite parts of the getaway. I have a bad back and this is the first time a host has put so much effort into having a comfortable mattress and bed linens. The large windows with beautiful views next to the bed made it a beautiful place to relax.

Rented this airbnb for my family to stay in while visiting Sante Fe. It was beautiful!! I helped check them in and get everything set up for them. Everything matched the description of the listing. My family requested staying here again when visiting. The only thing is that the heater does take a long time to heat the house. However, they offered a heater to assist with the cold! It was never really cold in the house but my grandparents are 70+ and were cold with the temperature at 70 degrees.

Cynthia was a wonderful host for our stay. She gave clear instructions and was very friendly. We were able to meet her and she gave us some good recommendations. The place was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and the bed was super comfy! We really enjoyed being able to sit on the dock by the water and we also enjoyed how friendly their cat was. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in Hot Springs again!

Casey and Lacey's Casita was lovely. I did not want to leave. Very cute and private, super clean; simply but nicely decorated - including some original local artwork on a few walls. Had everything I wanted or needed including a washer dryer, comfortable bed and great AC. There's even off street parking and a private outdoor patio. They were gracious and responsive. I'll definitely want to stay here next time I come through town.

The little cottage had everything we needed. We loved walking in the neighborhood each morning and seeing all the pretty little adobe houses and their pretty yards. Virginia goes above and beyond to be a good host.

I generally rent another airbnb in BV, but changed it up for this visit. And I was extremely pleased! Beautiful, spacious & peaceful rental that was a great value to enjoy all things in BV and the surrounding area. I loved the balcony that faced west for quiet mornings, sunny afternoons & stargazing at nite. Very responsive hosts. I look forward to my next stay. I know you will too!

I think I've become an expert on choosing great vacation rentals and Natalie's place is one of them. We were only in town a couple of nights but would have been very comfortable with a longer stay. Canyon is a nice little town that I would enjoy exploring more in the future and would certainly choose Natalie's place to stay again.

Very inviting stay as pictured and described. Helpful hosts. It was nice to have a garage to park in and washer/dryer available. We loved the outdoor living space. We would stay again.

This is our second time staying and Zandra and Paul's casita. We love staying there. I was there for a week by myself and then my husband joined me for the second week. Zandra checked in with me, made sure we had what we needed and had some great recommendations. The place itself is very quiet and peaceful and was just what I needed. There are some great trails not far from the house, too, which is wonderful. We also enjoy sitting on the deck in the early evenings. We'll definitely return!

I highly recommend Robert's place for anyone staying in Little Rock. This is a really unique setting...a very private backyard with some land and a horse and beautiful trees...nestled into a Little Rock neighborhood. Very cool. The place is a great size for one or two people, is fully equipped with everything you need, and was clean and neat and just felt nice. I thoroughly enjoyed the back porch and outside table and chairs. The neighborhood felt safe and downtown Little Rock was about a 5 mile straight shot either down the freeway or Markham Street. Robert himself couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I ran into some personal complications during my visit...unrelated to the Airbnb...and Robert truly went above and beyond to help me out.
