Farmstay vacation rentals in Arkansas River

was our second stay at the farmhouse. always the best get away from noise and people. Can't beat the beautiful land and animals. thanks so much again.

The Alpaca Airbnb is exactly as described. We had our dogs with us which is always special to share experiences with them. The property is beautiful and we walked around multiple times a day to let the dogs run and play. We also saw the elk herd everyday during our stay. Once, they were even on the property versus across the street. The animals are wonderful and so friendly. We were able to feed them and hang out with them which was such a unique experience. The home is quite cozy and well stocked. There were plenty of supplies and ways to clean up after yourself which is always nice. I wish we had more time to read some of the books in the massive book collection. There were plenty of games to play as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would love to go back in the warmer months.

I wish I could put this experience into words. The entire place is family, individual friendly. There is so much to do and make lasting memories and Eric and Hope are like extended family. This place is something very special.

We loved staying here and getting to meet the horses and very friendly cats! The apartment is cozy and clean and we appreciated the bathrobes and breakfast items and country views. Steph kindly helped us meet her beautiful mustangs and told us about the farm, and the cats were incredibly cuddly. A lovely experience!

Jenn treated us as when we arrived . Carmel apple cobbler was so delicious. We had crazy weather. High winds, then snow, power outages and then beautiful our last day. Jenn stayed in touch with us the whole time and responded quickly when we needed something. She told us to completely disregard the check out times and said we should sleep in and enjoy our family time. We were able to feed the animals the last day we were there. Even with the crazy weather, this would still have to be our most favorite place. This will definitely be our #1 choice! Thank you Jenn and John!!

The bunkhouse was a perfect place to stop for the night along our roadtrip. The space felt welcoming and cozy and we were able to get a good nights rest. The ranch itself is also peaceful. Waking up to the sunrise hitting the front porch was a beautiful way to start the day!

We had a great stay! Google maps did take us to a house one driveway past the right one. Luckily a nice gentleman directed us where to go. He said he frequently gets people at his home looking for the Airbnb. We loved enjoying the hot tub and mornings watching the cows. Though the area is quite private, it is still a working ranch. In the morning and evening, a gentleman on a gator was driving through the nearby pastor doing his work. Just be mindful of that possibility, I had the curtains drawn one morning as he came by and was standing in the kitchen in a shirt and my knickers. 😆 This place is perfect for a recharge and is close to great restaurants and plenty to do. The Mid America Museum was an awesome visit along with the shops in Hot Springs. We will absolutely be returning!!!

Had a wonderful time and it was a wonderful location from which to go and ride up to different areas in the mountains and also close enough to stores when we need it though. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an alternative to a hotel. Everything was very comfortable and I like the little stove in the bedroom for heating up the room. It was also in a pleasant rural area, but not too far from residential areas as well. I would definitely attempt to stay here again on my next swing through Colorado.

Stayed with my dog on a Jeep trip down. This place was perfect. Quiet and peaceful. A little tranquil spot right outside of town but right off the highway so it didn’t add any time to our trip. My dog LOVED the trails. It was just what we needed. We will definitely stay again if we pass through.

We rented this for judge's for our dog show. They all loved the place. We will definitely be back again.

Our stay was tranquil. I hated to leave, really. We were there because my husband had business in the city. Next time I would just like to stay - not leave the cottage. Restful, serene - just wonderful.

This stay was absolutely breathtaking. My fiancé and I fell in love the second we arrived. The home was very neat and cozy, and felt just like a home should! The property looked even better in person! There was so much to explore and the cows were just too cute. The house had everything we needed to cook which was a huge plus because we cooked the whole weekend. The hosts were more than welcoming which made the trip so much better. We definitely will be coming back❤️

We enjoyed our stay at Dan & Cindy's "farm house". The house was clean and was in a great location, as we were just a few minutes away from multiple local restaurants. The uniqueness of the cows and roosters right out the front door made you feel like your were in the country. The basement is very spacious and we enjoyed having a small fire in the portable fire pit. I would definitely stay again if we need to visit Lawrence again!!!

It was a great place to stay. Nice and quite. Gayle was always quick to respond with any questions I had. It reminded me of my Great Grandparents farm house from when I was young. I felt right at home.

Great host. We only spent a few house here sleeping before and after a concert but the place was beautiful. We were not able to enjoy the many amenities but they were all available.

Middle Creek Ranch is incredible! So private and peaceful! It was the perfect place to leave the noise and busyness, and reconnect with the kids. Thank you, Lisa and Tim. We will definitely be back!

The Oxford Home was more than what we expected. Felt so much like being back at Grandmas house. The views were exceptional and the home was so cozy. Caitlin and her family were great host and we will most definitely be back. The cows were awesome to be around and only a 15 min drive to UofA. Thanks aging for opening up your home to our family.

Second time in 2 years I have stayed there. Once again the peaceful surrounds are a plus. Everything was sparkling clean inside, very comfortable bed. Host always friendly with a smile. Very welcoming. Will definitely be back when in the area. Thank you Rodney.
